Outside - Deck with Dining Set for 6, 2 adirondack chairs, grill, outside shower

This is a seasonal home (mid April - late October). Main heat in the dining room. Space Heaters in the bedrooms and living room for the spring/fall dates.

There are window A/Cs in the 2 bedrooms and the living room. There is a large fan in the dining room/kitchen area.

There is deeded river access to the Swan Pond River if you wish to launch a kayak.

Haigi's Beach is a 10 minute walk away. Small pull wagon available for bringing supplies
