Guests have full private access to the entire apartment, including the living room, bedroom, kitchen, dining room, and bathroom. Street parking is available directly in front of the building or nearby on the same block. There are no shared interior or exterior spaces. The entire unit is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay.

Guest Verification
To ensure a safe and secure experience for all, we kindly require all guests to submit a valid government-issued ID along with a selfie holding the ID after booking. This verification step must be completed before we can release your access code. It’s a simple process that helps us confirm guest identity, prevent misuse, and ensure a trusted experience for everyone. Your information will be kept secure and used solely for this purpose. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
