Outdoor Space

Step outside and enjoy the fresh Maine air on the brand-new deck, complete with a grill (propane provided), outdoor dining table, and two sofas with a fire table overlooking the private two-acre wooded lot. Sip your morning coffee while watching for deer, gather for dinner outdoors, or unwind under the stars around the fire.
The yard is built for fun and relaxation, featuring a fire pit with Adirondack chairs and a cooking grate, a tree swing, cornhole, and giant Connect Four. For more activity, shoot hoops at the basketball net or set up a match with the pickleball net — paddles and balls provided.
There’s ample parking in the main driveway plus an extended crushed-stone area for overflow vehicles, making arrival and group travel easy and still having enough space for games.

Loft Bar & Lounge

Perched above the main living area, the loft bar and lounge is a stylish, relaxed space designed for adults to unwind while still feeling connected to the rest of the home. The open A-frame design offers a bird’s-eye view of the living room below, creating a warm, social atmosphere that still feels private.

With space and comfort for everyone, the home features five thoughtfully designed bedrooms that sleep large groups with ease. You’ll find one king, two queens, and eight full-size mattresses plus a crib — perfect for multi-family stays or group getaways.
The primary suite offers a plush king bed and private full bathroom, while the second and third bedrooms each include queen beds and share an additional full bath upstairs. Downstairs, two expansive bunk rooms each feature two sets of full-size bunks, giving kids, cousins, or extra guests their own fun and comfortable retreat.
Soft linens, cozy décor, and generous layouts make every bedroom a restful haven after a day exploring Acadia or downtown Ellsworth. Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, there’s room for everyone to unwind and recharge in comfort.

Each bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and essentials, ensuring a comfortable stay from start to finish.
You’ll also find two full washer and dryer sets — one on the main level and another in the basement — making laundry simple for extended stays or large groups. Pack light, stay fresh, and enjoy all the conveniences of home.

Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac in a peaceful residential neighborhood, the home offers easy walking access to Ellsworth’s shops, cafés, and restaurants. Downtown is just a short stroll away. You’re also about 25 minutes from Acadia National Park, with coastal gems like Bar Harbor, Blue Hill, Stonington, and Winter Harbor all within reach for day trips. Please treat the neighborhood with care — drive slowly, keep noise levels down, and respect the friendly surroundings.
