Pets Welcome With Approval
We love furry friends. A $85 pet fee applies and helps us keep the home fresh and comfortable for all guests.

Don’t miss the west-facing deck at sunset. It is one of Lincolnville’s hidden gems and a beautiful spot to watch the San Sebastian River glow at dusk.

Neighborhood Respect
Lincolnville is a historic residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of neighbors, observe quiet hours, and help preserve the character of the community.

Payment Policy
To secure your reservation, a valid payment method must remain on file and be successfully processed according to the payment schedule. If a payment cannot be completed due to a declined card, bank hold, expired credentials, or other issue, guests will be notified through the booking platform and/or email.

Guests will have 48 hours from the time of notification to resolve the issue or provide an alternate payment method. For reservations arriving within 72 hours, the grace period is reduced to 8 hours. If the payment issue is not resolved within the applicable timeframe, the reservation may be canceled and the dates may be reopened for other guests.
