Condo au bord de l'eau avec piscine et quai à proximité du quartier historique

Condo au bord de l'eau sur le port de Sebastian avec piscine et glissade de bateau privée de 38 '. Profitez d'une belle vue sur le centre-ville historique de St Augustine à travers le marais. Plus de 50 restaurants et bars situés à moins de 1 mile du condo. Grande pêche depuis le quai ou apportez votre bateau et amarrez-vous à votre quai flottant privé de 38 pieds. Nagez dans la piscine située à quelques pas de votre porte arrière. Salles de bains récemment rénovées.

Notre villa de 2 étages offre un grand salon / salle à manger avec une cuisine ouverte et un bar de petit-déjeuner en bas avec une salle de bain et une buanderie. Nous avons 2 grandes chambres à l'étage. Le maître a un lit king size et une salle de bain complète. La chambre d'amis est aménagée avec des lits jumeaux et une salle de bain dans le couloir. Tous les lits sont des surmatelas avec des draps en coton et des couettes. Sortez les curseurs arrière de la piscine et des quais ou asseyez-vous sur le balcon du deuxième étage et profitez de la vue sur la piscine et le bord de l'eau.

Nouveaux téléviseurs à écran plat haute définition dans le salon (50 ”) et les deux chambres (39”). Internet haute vitesse sans fil dans toute la villa avec des canaux étendus sur Xfinity. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour tous les besoins de cuisson. Laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur dans la buanderie.

Nous sommes particulièrement fiers de la propreté de notre maison VRBO !!! Aucune dépense n'est épargnée pour le garder impeccablement propre et frais! Beaux meubles, beaux appareils et climatisation froide!

Nous avons 4 vélos Beach Cruiser et 2 VTT pour votre usage. 2 kayaks et gilets de sauvetage. Nous avons 2 places de parking, une en face de l'unité et la seconde un garage simple.

Location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do and steps away from the pool. With a few minor upgrades, like blinds in master bedroom and a toilet paper holder in the bathroom would elevate unit. Better lamps in main area would be preferred but overall very happy with the place.

Ken and Barbara were amazing hosts! Had lots of helpful recommendations and availability and response was incredible. Location is amazing only 7minutes to the parking garage in downtown which is great for the Nights of Lights festivities. Leaving and getting back was super easy. Beautiful sunrises every morning. Beds were super comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

Great location

Great stay, St Augustine city was very busy do to the holiday. The condo was less then a mile to center so we walked and got around faster then most. Didnt have to pay for parking.

Just outside St.Augustine behind a little shopping center.Unusual location, but convenient -right behind a good Thai/Japanese restaurant and across the street from a grocery store. Nicely decorated, quiet and equipped with all the basics.

Great Location- Close to everything!

This was our second time staying in this condo. We love it! Very clean, owners are easily available if needed. The dock is great for fishing. Conveniently located minutes from beaches, shopping and downtown. Very reasonably priced!

Relaxing and quiet but so close to the action!

This property was perfect for our family of four. The location is unbeatable - tucked in on the river but so close to downtown and the beach that you get the best of all worlds. The boat slip was very handy for parking our boat for the week and the pool was refreshing! We were able to watch the fireworks from the pool deck and it provided for a magnificent show. Ken & Barb were very responsive when needed, great hosts! Will definitely book again!

Excellent Family Vacay

This was a perfect property for our family vacation. It was clean, and had everything we needed. The boat slip allowed us to have easy access to our boat for early morning fishing or sunset cruises. The pool was perfect for the kiddos and literally right off the back patio. The location was perfect, close to historic downtown, grocery stores, and plenty of restaurants. The owners, Ken and Barb, were great, answering my many questions in a timely manner. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Excellent Fishing Getaway

Loved how close it was to downtown St Augustine which is my favorite city. We normally stay at the beach but wanted something different for for 25 & 22 year old sons. They fished off shore and then we cooked the fish at the well stocked condo. Only downside was the pool was not heated and the first of March can be chilly in northern Florida. I would definitely return.

Spacious with 2 beds & 2 1/2 baths. Super clean & updated. Pet Friendly. Short drive to historic downtown St Augustine. Located right by grocery stores & Walmart/Target. Owner provided bicycles & large pool. Washer/dryer & outdoor balconies. Owner super friendly & accommodating. Excellent choice for a trip to St Augustine!

Very clean. Great location. Would have given 5 stars on everything, but tenants before messed up a few things. Owner did everything they could being away. To fix took time from my family Overall a fantastic place. Great location. Really nice permanent neighbors. Very clean.

Great Location

My husband and I stayed here with our daughter who is a senior in high school. This was our first trip to the Saint Augustine area. The location of this condo is very convenient. We really enjoyed the proximity of the complex pool. We also loved how easy it was to get to and from Old Town. Also, the property owners were very responsive to questions had. My husband and I enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck outside the master bedroom. The condo was very well appointed with everything we needed. We also loved that we could bring our two small dogs with us. We definitely would recommend this location to someone else and we would also consider coming back to stay here in this condo.

Condo was built with bikes or bikes had flat tires condo was to have with kayaks couldn’t find kayaks or paddle’s condo was built up with the barbecue took an hour and a half to get it clean enough to use condo was built up yo be clean had to wipe down remote controls that were sticky clean up cockroaches on the floor and counters the garbage disposal it didn’t work i Mold in the dishwasher not real good on cleanliness part

Tim, Sorry to hear you were unhappy with anything on your stay. We are always available for answers like: the paddles are in the garage along with life jackets, the tire pumps are under the bike racks. I am surprised as to the cleanliness and will discuss with my cleaning service. Again sorry to hear of problems, in the future let us or any other host know of problems so we can fix them. Ken & Barb

Nice location but place needs work

The hosts are nice people andaccommodating but the place needs work. The location is behind a shopping center but the rear of the building is along the river with a great view and a nice pool. They have a boat dock so you can fish and kayak. For the not so good. The dishes are all chipped up and coffee pot and toaster are old and needs to be replaced. The lock on the front door does not close right and needs to be fixed. Dishwasher is old and did not clean the dishes. What pissed me off more than anything was the host did not mention anything about painting contractors being on site so when I arrived all of the patio furniture was not in place, no gas grill and I had to let them paint the front door.

Good location

We enjoyed fishing from the dock very much and there are stores/places to eat w/in walking distance. There are some improvements that could be made to the rental that would’ve made our stay more enjoyable however. The key pad lock on the front door did not work well (frustrating when it’s pouring rain!) and the outlet for the tv in the master did not work so Ken asked us to use an extension cord which my husband got from the garage. There were clothes and food left in the guest room and the refrigerator had some gross liquid left in a drawer. The freezer did not work well but Ken did replace that w/in a couple days when we told him we’d be freezing fish from a deep sea trip and could not just use ice. The worst thing though was an awful sewer stench which came through the townhouse about 7 nights of our 2+ week stay. It woke us all from a dead sleep at 3:30 every time and did not resolve for about an hour. We did not report this during our stay because when we did report issues it seemed as though we were a bother. We’ve traveled to this area yearly since 2008 and this was our least favorite rental. Theses issues are all resolvable and the place has potential to be a good place to stay if they are addressed.

Cheryl, I’m sorry to see you were not completely satisfied. Let me try to respond to each. The keypad at the front door is battery operated. We leave a supply in the kitchen drawer. The electric outlet has been changed but still is not working. I am waiting for electrician to fit me into their schedule. An extension cord is the temporary way to get the TV working. The refrigerator was replaced immediately, we were lucky enough to find one and get it delivered as quickly as we did. I will discuss the clothes and food with our cleaning service. As far as the sewage smell a phone call or text letting us know would have helped. I’m surprised that didn’t happen as your husband was texting me throughout your stay. You can see from all past reviews we are great at responding when we have any issues. The 3 bathrooms were renovated in early June so I don’t understand where any smell would come from. Please in the future let me know if there is a problem.
