Nice cozy little place, having a free place to park with the ability to walk pretty much anywhere you'd want to go in the historic downtown was great. We really enjoyed the character of the house.

Great Visit to St Augustine

I recommend this accommodation for your visit to St. Augustine but you have to be willing to walk to things. It’s within walking distance to St George st which has shops and restaurants. It is really convenient and close to the trolley which is a plus. It’s also very easy to walk to the Fort. The only suggestion I would make is it would be nice if there was a list of restaurants to help the renter decide on where to eat.

Girl Trip

Fletcher St was a great location to all of the activities and restaurants. The house was spotless, beds were comfortable, kitchen is updated and laundry was available too. I highly recommend!!!

Great location!

We had a great experience at this lovely home. It is in an ideal location, centrally located to walk into the historic district and also walk north to other sites. Close enough but not in the middle of the action! We appreciated the driveway to park the car, the renovated interior and the amenities.

We had an awesome stay. Every year, we visit St. Augustine for the night of lights tour and spend a few nights there. This place was in an excellent location near the attractions, but far away enough to give us privacy, peace, and quiet. It's beautifully decorated and looks brand new. The host was able to answer questions quickly and the parking is free and convenient. We plan to stay there again next year.
