Beautiful home with plenty of space for everyone. The interior was very nice. There are plenty of towels in the bathrooms as well as beach towels for the pool. Lots of seating for the family to be able to all sit together during meals. The outdoor space was great for grilling while kids are swimming. The hot tub was nice as well. There is a tv outside so we were able to watch tv while enjoying the hot tub. We really liked our stay and would book this house again. The host was very nice and helpful.

This was a great house. The pool and hot tub were very clean and in good condition. There were a lot of kid activities with outdoor games and board games available. It was perfectly situated for all the activities we wanted to do. We went to Schlitterbahn, Natural Bridge Caverns and the Alamo. We were about 30 minutes from all of it. There was also a Walmart super close so we could pick up groceries. The house is not quite a 2.5 bathroom since the primary bathroom shares the toilet room with the downstairs. I was expecting 3 toilets which when there are 8 people would have been helpful sometimes. I would definitely stay there again.

The house was very clean and had board games and other gaming for the kids. We picked this location for hot tub, pool and allowed pets. Only issue was the hot tub was a “warm” tub at best. Trouble shooted with owner, he tried to help. Put lid on in and it took and entire day for it to go from 90 and 100 on display. But after getting in with cover off, the temperature went down quick. Hot tub likely needs to be serviced. Very nice and responsive owner.

Excellent stay. This home was a perfect spot to base our five days in San Antonio. Traveling with my parents (80s) who enjoyed the main level bedroom and bath with all amenities on the main level. Great kitchen fully supplied with good quality pots, pans, utensils, spice rack, toaster oven, gas stove and microwave. K-cup coffee maker. We loved the backyard with clean pool and hot tub, new gas grill and large table fo playing games and eating outside. Bedroom were clean and comfortable as were bathrooms. Host was super responsive and all message were clear on checking in, guidance during our stay, and checkout. Location is about 20 minutes from the San Antonio Riverwalk areas so not right downtown but we enjoyed getting out of downtown to this super quiet neighborhood. Lots of restraurants and grocery stores within 5-10 min drive. Great Stay!

Positive things:Lots of space, quiet neighborhood, easy access to many of the sites/entertainment that we came to see, easy check in & out process, & communicated well.Not so great:Reserved for 5 people and there was a total of 3 wash clothes in the whole house, we bought some and left them so hopefully the next people have some! They need to hire new cleaners: there was dirty silverware in the drawer, a glob of some bright pink stuff on the side of the vanity in the master bathroom, a sticker on the shower wall in the master, clothing tags on the floor in the master, beer cans in the yard, piles of dog poop in the yard, dog hair clumps in the house floating around, & a used sponge under the sink (which is the only way to wash dishes as they don’t have any kitchen wash clothes either!)The pool was gross as it was windy before we got there and there was a layer of leaves and other debris floating. Without a cover or a net to try & clean it ourselves we couldn’t use it. The pool guy did come on our 3rd day there & it was very clean but too cold to use by then. Lesson learned on my part for not getting a house with a heated pool.My kids loved the little pool table & hot tub! We have 3 teens & 2 of which are pretty big guys & they all enjoyed having their own rooms and enough space to spread out throughout the house when needed! Recommendations:Check your outlets, some are loose. Get a dish strainer to dry hand washed dishes. Get more wash clothes and kitchen towels!
