Waiohuli Plage Hale est un petit complexe de bord de mer situé à Kihei Maui à Hawaii. Cette propriété a un grand sentiment de aloha avec une atmosphère détendue et calme. Chaque unité est à quelques pas de l'océan et est situé au centre de commerces, restaurants, grandes plages et à quelques minutes du parcours de golf de Wailea et Makena. En plus il y a une piscine de 60 pieds chauffée solaire, barbecues et palets situé juste à côté de l'océan. Ce complexe est l'une des belles trouvailles à Kihei Maui pour son prix abordable et de charme. Observation des baleines, planche à voile, promenez-vous sur la plage et profitez des magnifiques couchers de soleil depuis votre véranda. Waiohuli Beach Hale est une propriété de Maui où les clients reviennent année après année.

Love the property! Our unit was a bit tired with a very minimal kitchen, but our family had a 2 BR downstairs so we were able to use that kitchen..would love to return!

The condo was very minimal and the kitchen was not well equipped. and well worn. The location was unbelievable, pool and beautiful private beach was just steps away from the condo.

A fairly good location

We had issues with spiders in the unit. The air conditioning was useless. The unit was sparsely equipped. The pool was excellent. The location for groceries could not be better.

We are sorry for your disappointment with the a/c but we are happy that we were able to get someone out to the unit on the second day of your stay to reconnect a vent hose so the a/c could function properly. I hope the rest of your stay was wonderful despite the intermittent a/c during the first day of your stay.

Great time in Kihei

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family was very happy to have stayed at Waiohuli Beach Hale. Right on the beach which was huge for us. Great pool that is only 4.5 feet at its deepest which is great for younger kids. Only drawbacks were no dishwasher or washer/dryer in the condo. Make sure to bring quarters for the coin operated machines onsite. Overall a very very nice place to stay and we’ll definitely be back in the future.

Found many tiny bugs too that bit and left small red welts. These bugs not cool, but so many other positives that I can actually overlook bugs :) I hope that they were a type of tropical ant, and not baby bed bugs...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Waiohuli Beach Hale is very close to everything you will need for your stay with easy access to the main highways. Unit D-214 is on the second floor with no elevator, but it's right next to the parking lot so you shouldn't have problems getting in and out. Just be ready to carry what you need up one flight of stairs. Everything was comfortable in the room. The two portable AC's did great. Highly recommend staying here if you can work with a second floor unit.

Nice but dated

The complex is a nice little set of condos on the beach. This particular unit is clean but dated. The kitchen was poorly laid out and a challenge to work in. The art is very dated. A couple of lights barely worked. And the biggest bummer: the pool is colder than the ocean, so nobody (except a dedicated lap swimmer) spent much time in it. Nonetheless, we had a nice time in Maui.

Old and Dated.

Curtains are old ,dirty and have holes in them . Bathroom cabinets are peeling, no counter space. We looked at some other units in the complex and the ones we saw were quite updated for the same amount of money.

Mahalo for your feedback. The livingroom curtains have been replaced. The install of the new curtains was 12/9/22. This unit is more on the original side however it is cleaned and maintained and priced accordingly. Not all condos are offered at the same rate.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at Waiohuli Beach Hale, but D-214 could be updated. Carpeting in the living area is fairly disgusting. Fan in bathroom doesn't work. Original cabinets in kitchen. No smart tv. Chairs on lanai need to be tall enough to see over the railing.
