The Space:

Take a well-earned breather with your loved ones and escape to the Oregon Coast. This home in Lincoln City provides a peaceful atmosphere and puts you only moments away from the beach. Three parking spots are provided, though be careful where you park - on-street parking is not allowed in the neighborhood.



In the quiet Road's End neighborhood on the north side of Lincoln City, this house is a tenth of a mile from beach access at Road's End State Recreation Site, a lovely stretch of soft sands and crashing Pacific waves. When you're not sunbathing or enjoying the sound of the waves as you wrap up a good book, you can hop in the car and head south. Lincoln City has a bustling outlet mall and restaurants like J's Fish and Chips, with attractions like Devils Lake State Recreation Area and Chinook Winds Casino Resort awaiting on the way back.



However you spend your days out, you'll love coming home to the low-key atmosphere of the living room. Take a seat on the couch and share photos of the beach via the free WiFi, or flip on the flatscreen cable TV to stay entertained. Location, location, location

Such a great house. We saw whales just down the road in depoe bay, the ocean is a stones throw from the house so we’ve walked the beach and watched beautiful sunsets.

The check in process was painless and the home was very clean! We had a small issue with power but between the property manager and the home owner it was easily resolved! Great location and very affordable!!

great location - could use a refresh

The location is fantastic, close to shopping and food, the beach is a short walk. The bones of the home are good but the interior certainly could use a refresh and a good cleaning. The furniture and beds are past their expiration dates. Overall a good stay.

Wonderful location

This property has great potential, the house needs a few upgrades and some maintenance attention. If a few things were attended to, such as the blinds that are falling off, vents that are not attached, damage to the walls and a fresh coat of latex paint, instead of flat paint this could be an amazing property. Overall it was a great stay and we would rent again.

Nice place.

Upstairs is new and lovely. Downstairs is small but adequate. Sofa in living room is old and covered with a throw which always looks messy. Towels were still in dryer. Unable to locate lockbox so called mgmt co and someone came and showed us after she called someone to figure out where it was. Suggest you put its location I. The rental instructions. Overall it was a nice choice to stAy for my sons beach wedding.

Beautiful, spacious house with close beach access!

Thoroughly enjoyed our New Year's stay here. Very close to the casino, which was nice, because we were going for their year end festivities. Very well maintained and decorated with lots of space to relax and unwind. Beautiful backyard with a nice deck that would be great for barbecuing during warmer months. Not a ton of dining space, but plenty of comfy couches to relax on, especially upstairs with the cozy electric fireplace. More than enough room for our group of 5. Wireless network was very good, and although some people had mentioned no cell service, we seemed to have two or three bars the whole time. My wife and I have Verizon, not sure what our friends have. Not a crazy amount of cleaning required by the management when checking out like some places. We were going to start a load of laundry before we left, but couldn't find any detergent. Also, some paper towels would have been nice. Overall though, a wonderful experience!

Clean, bright, and close to the beach.

The property was very clean and well equipped with nice cookware. Great outdoor deck. Close to the beach. I didn't like having a 10 am checkout, especially when we were asked to strip the beds, start a load of laundry, and dishwasher. Made it difficult to enjoy our morning and we decided to go out to breakfast because of the tasks required. One other issue we had, was the numbers given to call connected us to someone in a foreign country working for Vacasa. He was unable to help with the problem or give me a lical phone number. He did say he would turn it over to maintenance, and they would contact me. However, he didn't know how long that would be. Later, a local person did contact us regarding the issues. It would make sense to have that maintenance person's phone number available at the residence.

Everyone needs to know that the code they give you that you assume is the front door key code is not the lock box is around the corner and on the post of the fence that was a frustrating part of our trip we couldn’t get in and couldn’t get help on the phone! The owner needs to be made aware that the upstairs shower drips constantly causing lots of waste of water and I’m sure a very large water bill! The cooking pots and pans in the kitchen are less than goodwill, quality and horrible to cook with. The two queen beds are stiff and hard and old and need toppers put on them. The sheets are old and pili and uncomfortable.. The back porch light does not work make it an impossible to be out on the deck at night and or grill at night. It’s pitch black. The house is super cute very comfortable and very clean. In spite of everything I’ve listed I’m not trying to be negative. I’m just letting the owner know that they need to put a little bit of money into the house to make it a more comforting stay.
