Beautiful home and setting

The house was clean and well appointed. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The hot tub was heated up, clean, and relaxing. The location was great, very close to grocery shopping but also felt secluded, right across the road from the beach!

Midweek getaway

Every summer my family comes from out of state for an Oregon coast trip. This was a great home with at a great location. We very much enjoyed it. We would totally book this listing again.

Great house

Perfect beach house

This beach house is in a great location. Walking distance to beach. Had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. It was our first time on the Oregon coast and it’s absolutely beautiful. Gods thumb trail head is 5 mins driving distance from beach house. If you love to hike you must do this trail.

Good location to access beach. Fenced property, even driveway. Many deer coming through. Grandgirls loved the loft bedroom. TV in every bedroom & living room. Newer appliances were appreciated. Reliable wifi.

Problem with shower head in master bedroom with connected bath, does not fully function and fell off during shower. Larger bedroom unused during stay has an oder. Everything else was fantastic!!

Relaxing Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was clean and comfortable. It was a stone's throw from the beach. My family enjoyed being able to spread out. We enjoyed the hot tub we liked the temperature, but others might want it a little hotter. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked most meals in the comfort of this awesome home.

Great location and fun place to stay

We enjoyed Seaview. The living room and dining table were a bit small for our group but it worked well by having some eat on the deck and children eat at the counter. Another year we will get a little bigger place as the children get older. The gas oven was disconcerting at first because, though we have had gas cooktops we have never had gas ovens so we were at first disturbed at the smell of gas each time we turned on the oven. The location just a block from the Roads End state park made it perfect for getting children to the beach safely. An outdoor shower would have helped to keep sand out of the house and bathtubs.

Perfect Gal-Pal Getaway

Two friends and I stayed at this rental over a long weekend and it was perfect for the 3 of us. Very cozy and warm over a chilly weekend. Also, the access to the Roads End Recreation area was most ideal. Lastly, the view from the balcony was lovely as we could see the ocean's surf. I would definitely go back.

Great house overall. Needs a few repairs.

We had a great time overall. The location across from the beach is very nice. The house is in pretty good shape leaving very little to be critical of. I am very disappointed however that the hot tub was not maintained correctly. I specifically asked if it was before booking this property and the owner assured me it was. Upon arrival the water was a yellow cloudy color and smelled odd. I called property management and they said they would send someone over. No one ever came. I rented this property specifically because it had a hot tub. I will be requesting a partial refund.

Great place for girls weekend!

This property was a great house for a girls get away weekend. The house is nicely decorated with plenty of sleeping accommodations. The house is in a great location, within walking distance to Roads End State Recreation park/the beach. The hot tub was nice, clean, good size and private. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely keep this house in mind if we return to Lincoln City for a girls trip!

Perfect location

Great spot for a family vacation. Easy access to the beach. The house itself was spacious and although not right on the beach it had a nice view upstairs.

Relaxing

The house and location were perfect for relaxing and having quick access to the beach. We loved our time there. There were a couple of little things that weren’t perfect, ie the drier not working properly and some workers coming early Saturday morning. (They didn’t stay long, but it wasn’t disclosed to us that they would be there and it interrupted our coffee time on the front balcony)

Nice house

This house was very clean and nice. The only problems were the bathroom door in the master room was hard to close and the railing on the loft seems kinda loose. Alsothe knives are very dull, if you need to cut meat bring your own knife or figure out how to sharpen these. There's a lot of stairs so be prepared to climb. It's just a short walk to the beach across the street. The dishes are beautiful and it has a nice flat electric griddle for making breakfast.. We had to rearrange the dishes to make room for our food. The hot tub was awesome. Overall it was a very pleasant stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We took our eight grandchildren, from 5-18 years old to the beach for our 45th anniversary. I really wanted ocean front but could not find any available for our dates. The Seaview was part view and just across the street from the beach entrance. The busy street was a little concern for the little ones but we did fine. We enjoyed the house and had plenty of room. I don't care for stairs but it wasn't too bad with the kids help getting groceries up. The house was very clean! I did have to call for a couple of minor things and they were taken care of within the hour, thank you. The hot tub was great after the cold beach water. The only thing I would suggest is bring a couple of throw or small blankets for snuggling on the couch. We had a wonderful time.
