Lovely place for a rainy week

We really enjoy the area around Netarts, and had a great time at this house over spring break. The views and hot tub made it super comfortable despite a lot of rain and wind.

Loved view and chairs outside. Kitchen workable. Think all stairs need to be mentioned or shown. Was comfortable, but May not have rented had we known about stairs as two don’t walk so well. A rail, even on steps in upstairs bedroom would have been helpful. Especially at night. Barbecue was filthy and needed to be cleaned before our arrival.

God,what a VIEW!

Very clean, everything worked, plenty of space, great parking, close to town, great for kids with hot tub, private and good for pets, and of course the most outrageous spit and ocean view with a front row seat to the sunsets and changing weather on the Oregon coast. 10 minutes from Tillamook. Schooners is a nice restaurant with good pizza and a little grocery store nearby. We will come back.

Remarkable views AND property

Clean well maintained property. Comfortable furniture and beds. Spacious rooms. Great WiFi and appliances. Couldn’t stop gazing out the windows or enjoying the views from the back yard and deck. Thanks for a great place to stay!!

We arrived easy enough. Were told we would have access to the garage for one of our vehicles due to several vehicles arriving. The garage had a vehicle in it. The coffee pot had old coffee in it, grounds left in maker. The oven had old hashbrowns, bacon, biscuits and pancakes still left on a cookie sheet. A couple of side tables were dusty, a table in the big bedroom had a heart written in the dust! The TV didnt have a guide. Difficult to maneuver the streaming stuff. Several credit cards accessible on streaming accounts. No clarification on late check out rules! Bad customer service over that specific issue. Overall we will not book with Vacasa again. Very unhappy with cleanliness and customer service communications.

Great house and view

The house was amazing. Plenty of space, extras like games, etc. and the view was amazing. Only suggestion would be better upfront communication, like in the texts, tell about not wearing shoes. We missed that little sign initially. But overall, great place to spend our 23rd wedding anniversary. Thanks.

Wonderful place to lose yourself for a few days

First (and most important) the view is absolutely stunning! It is so wonderfully relaxing to watch the tide come and go from just about any room in the house. It also feels like everyone else is far away even though you have neighbors and are only 6 miles outside of tillamook. The beds are wonderfully comfortable and the kitchen has EVERYTHING. YOU. NEED. We stayed in the upstairs suite and it was perfect. We loved our little getaway within our getaway. Definitely will be back!

The dishes and glassware were filthy, stained carpeting, a smell of pet urine, dust layers in bedrooms that you don’t get overnight, broken shower handle, broken blow dryer, access to the garage was not available as advertised, photo documentation provided for all of our claims, the management company is both inflexible and unhelpful and after multiple requests never called to listen to concerns. In full disclosure they offered to send a cleaning crew but I had already hand washed all of the glassware, pots and dishes. In addition this should have been done before we arrived at 4 pm not cleaning during our stay. A concession is certainly warranted and still the Vacasa management team has taken no steps to listen or offer a refund of some sort. We asked for a late check out and was told we’d have to pay an additional 52 which by that point was just insulting after all the issues I reported and documented not to mention my time on “vacation”. I’m so disappointed in the management company and it just seems the owners may not care about the lack of professionalism and lack of care their property is receiving. If you read other reviews you’ll see the linens are limited or thin, the bathroom grout dirty, and so on. The pricepoint is high and there are a lot of amazing options other than this property. I hope to not have a “Deja-vu” experience like this one again.
