The Space:

Welcome each day with incredible 'top of the world' bay and ocean views from inside and out at this exquisite, family-friendly getaway on the Oregon Coast. At the rear of the home, you'll find a sunlit great room that includes a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area, and a comfortable living space, all with spectacular views of the water through a wall of large windows and sliding glass doors. An additional, expanded living space can be found at the front of this house that boasts a wood-burning fireplace, a flatscreen TV with a soundbar for streaming your favorite shows, forest views, and plenty of comfortable seating options including a couple of oversize bean bag chairs! And outside, breathe in the fresh air off the ocean from the furnished main-level deck or the upper-level balcony. And if you need to address some remote work or schooling while away, you'll find a desk and chair in the upstairs main bedroom.



What's nearby:

Downtown Oceanside is just a couple miles north of this home where you'll find a handful of restaurants, parks, and beach access points. Check out the beach at Happy Camp, where you can do a bit of crabbing right from the shore! And Tillamook is only eight miles northeast for shopping, necessities, and of course, the world-famous Tillamook Cheese Factory!

Loved this home, it exceeded expectations! Location was perfect, we went crabbing every day, easy to come back to the house to clean, cook, and pack in ice. The views are stunning, the kitchen beautiful and well stocked. And the master shower, evweyone had to use it. We will be back!

Peaceful & Beautiful Getaway

What an amazing home, the view is wonderful from inside and from both decks. The home has a lot of space & the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The view from the master bedroom and huge shower is awesome. Thank you for letting us share the home for the week.

Beautiful location, lots of room, fully furnished, great amenities and view of Netarts Bay and Pacific Ocean. I would recommend location for up to 8 individuals. Beautiful garden and two levels of decks overviewing the bay.

Immediately felt like home

This house immediately connected with all of us. The view was outstanding. You can see the ocean from every part of the house, even the bathroom. Very close to beach look outs, and other attractions. We didn't feel like leaving. Will definitely come back.

Great Home

This is the fourth time our group has stayed at this property and we will definitely book again. The house is well stocked, clean and very comfortable with terrific views. The only downside that we experienced was that during storms the frame of the window blinds in the bedroom vibrates. We ended up getting earplugs.

The view is even better in person!

Top of the World is hands down the best VRBO property I've ever stayed at. Check in was easy, the house was clean, and the view was spectacular from every room in the house. The house has pretty much anything you could need, from kitchen utensils to linens to a working washer and dryer. It was so great I struggled with wanting to sit on the deck and relax instead of adventuring around Oregon. The location in Netarts, while out of the way, is still conveniently located near enough main roads to visit tons of great sights, trails, and attractions. If I come back to Oregon, I would most definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home

Home had everything we needed. Beds we comfortable, tons of blankets, towels and a few extra pillows. View was beautiful. Quite neighborhood. Enjoyed watching several eagles soaring around the area hunting for breakfast. We will stay here again. It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and one 12 year old. Note, there is only one tv. Our 12 year old would have liked one to himself in a bedroom set up for his gaming.

Divine view in a nurturing space... A Beautiful Destination!!

For anyone looking to unwind, heal and take a break away with a beautiful view; you will not be disappointed when you choose to stay here. There is a small store within walking distance and it’s only a few minutes of drive time if you’re looking to play and dig your feet into a soft sandy beach. For the chef’s out there, this kitchen is amazing and has the most gorgeous look out to the ocean waves!! We had two adults and three children on this trip and it was tough to get the children to leave, even to go to the beach!! They loved it!! This is a nourishing and welcoming space that upon the first moment you open your eyes while still in bed (from two of the 3 bedrooms), it truly does feel as though you’re “On Top Of The World”!! This home along with the view are incredible. Such a blessing... A total gift!! Grateful!!
