This four bedroom, three bathroom condo sleeps up to twelve guests. The master bedroom features a cozy, king size bed and opens up to your private gulf-front balcony. The second master also has a king bed with queen sleeper sofa and has it's own private bathroom and the third bedroom boasts a queen bed. With the bonus room bunks and queen sleeper sofa in the expansive living room, the whole family can unwind after a day spent playing in the waves. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

The condo was clean and the perfect size for our group. There were some plumbing issues when we arrived but they were dealt with the next morning. I will say that I was confused about some of the amenities downstairs. Sign pointed to the arcade, security said they don’t have one. All snack spots and restaurants were closed for the season so that was a bummer. Pool was warm and nice to swim in. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The beach was beautiful. This was my first time to Panama City, it was nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time. This condo needs a few upgrades as in tvs and some furniture but over all we had a good stay.

Not enough linens for the amount of people. I loved the decorations the pool staff was great. Check in was not the best a lot of maintenance going on in the front entrance made it difficult to bring in luggage. It was clean and very spacious loved the terraces with the beautiful views. We will stay again. Thank you.

The stay wasnt bad our only issue really was not being able to park golf carts on property golf carts make getting around easier we will be looking for places that allow golf carts for the next trip

Beautiful condo with amazing views. Close to everything especially the beach. Might be improved with tv in kids room, ours ended up in living room because there was no tv in bunk room. Spectacular views, Roomy updated condo

Oversized balcony made sitting out in the evenings enjoying the ocean views and breeze some of the best times! Condo was a true 4 bedroom with 2 master suites! Spacious kitchen and dining and plenty of seating room. We will stay again! suites

Overall, our vacation was amazing and we loved this condo! We will definitely stay here again. The only negative things I have to say are the furniture was stained and could really used a deep clean and there was mold/mildew around the jets in the jacuzzi tub and edges of the kitchen sink and the floors were very dirty. Lots of sand on the floors and our feet were black within minutes of being there. I just feel like the amount of money paid for a “cleaning” fee that the place should be immaculate. However, it did not ruin our vacation, I just cleaned the above mentioned issues myself and moved on with my day. The bedroom decor of the condo was beautiful and the rooms are very spacious! We had 12 in our group. We will definitely stay here again!

Great condo on the beach

Pros: The condo had plenty of room for 8 of us. It's an end unit so you have beautiful views from the family room and both primary suites. The elevator wait time wasn't bad for a 20 story building. The kitchen was well equipped. The beach restaurant had good food. The kids enjoyed the pool. The beach wasn't crowded in front of our building, but it gets crowded as you walk in either direction. Pineapple Willys is a 10 minute walk. Cons: the sofas need a good cleaning. We called and left a message about the ice maker not working - they never called us back. The TV in the family room is not a smart tv - bring a roku or something similar. Some of the furniture was in need of repair. Overall: it's a great space with beautiful views and conveniently located to many dining options.

Great amenities

Nice condo that accommodated our group well. Although we had 12 people, there was plenty of room for all of us. The pool was very nice and the splash pad for the younger children was great. There was easy access to the beach as well as front beach road which is important because traffic on Thomas Drive can be congested. The condo was stated to have been recently renovated and for the most part it looked like it had. However, three of the six bar stools were wrapped in twine to hold them together. I did mention this to the property management office. When we were getting ready to take family pictures we realized there was not an iron in the condo. Housekeeping responded promptly and brought one to the unit. We would most likely stay at this resort again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 6 adults and 2 children under 5 years old stayed here the first week of June. It was a lovely condo and we had a great time. The condo was clean and well furnished to accommodate us comfortably. We have stayed at this property previously in a different unit and were not as pleased, this unit redeemed the resort for us. Boardwalk is on the slower quiet end of the beach which we love. Less crowds on the beach and easy to get around. Conveniently located near activities at the Grand Lagoon area. We did have a small issue with the door code at check-in but it was resolved quickly Anne the staff was very attentive. Pool is well maintained and elevators are quick (5 total and all were functional). Check-in and out was a breeze compared to other places we have stayed in the area. I definitely recommend this resort and unit.

Satisfied Vacationers.

The property was perfect for our family. We needed a few more items in our kitchen but the overall experience was good. One interesting point of conversation for our family was the hourly 10-minute safety check at the pool where adults stay in the pool and all children are required to get out. This seems like a contradiction regarding safety. Who’s safety is being checked if the adults are in the pool? Who’s watching the children? I realize this is really a chance for people without children to have 10 minutes in the pool without any children in the pool. We’ve stayed in many places and haven’t experienced this before. Maybe “safety check” is the wrong term.

Great location!

We loved the location of this property, it can’t be beat. Very family friendly complex. The actual unit itself was a bit “tired” furniture was worn out, barstools wobbly. One AC didn’t keep it as cool as I would have liked. Communication and help with maintenance issues was great!
