We did not receive any communication until the day of check-in, though we did appreciate being able to access the unit a bit earlier than expected.I would also note that the online listing for this unit is not accurate. We were not informed until after booking that the unit was not even fully finished, and because of that, there were no actual photos of the unit available beforehand.Upon arrival, we were told that our balcony would have a pool view; however, this was not the case. Instead, our view overlooked ongoing construction. There was quite a bit happening around the resort, and the construction in particular felt somewhat overwhelming at times.While the unit was well-stocked with bathroom towels, we had been told that beach chairs and towels would also be provided, which unfortunately was not the case.That said, the unit itself was very nice and appeared to be completely new. However, it seemed that some appliances had not yet been fully tested, as the oven did not properly cook anything we attempted to prepare.Overall, the space was clean and modern, but there were several discrepancies between the listing and the actual experience that impacted our stay.
