Inside, you’ll find a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa, accommodating up to four guests, along with a kitchenette equipped with a sink, microwave, mini fridge, drip coffee maker, dishes, and utensils. A small dining table for two makes it easy to enjoy a quick meal or morning coffee before heading out. The bathroom features a tub-shower combo, and sliding glass doors lead to a Juliet balcony overlooking the resort’s lush landscaping. For your convenience, our unit offers keyless entry, complimentary high-speed WIFI, a smartTV and access to the Resort Tram.

Just steps from your front door is the lagoon-style pool, hot tub, and kids’ wading pool. Just beyond the pool is the true heart beat of the resort: The Village of Baytowne Wharf! *HOA PARKING: The building association for this condo only allows (1) vehicle in the parking garage per reservation. You will be emailed this information prior to your arrival and will be required to pay a $10 parking fee directly to the condo association. Upon receipt of payment, you will be issued a QR code to access the garage.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
