House is very clean ! We enjoyed our stay so much. Plenty of pool towels and regular shower towels. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool and the pool table. My youngest grandson didn’t want to leave. The fresh flowers were lovely touch and the candy for the kids (and adults) was a hit. Great place for families ! Bunkbeds were a hit with grandkids.

We had a wonderful stay at this property overall and really appreciated the host’s excellent communication throughout the booking and our trip. House - clean, ant problem by sliding glass door No specific instructions left for home: notified late in the evening to take garbage to curb,Not notified that the hot tub was only “decorative”! We had to reach out to host about hot tub once we arrived and wanted to use it.We were then told it was decorative. Nothing in their listing said hot tub not working! When we arrived the pool had a bunch of half inflated baby floats and noodles. Pool had tiny ants and gnats in it everyday , to the point where we didn’t want to put our heads under water because there was so many... Had to contact host about the problem. We told her we needed a skimmer and they sent us one and my son in law had to clean it himself daily. We asked about pool cleaners and host said they’d be coming on Wednesday. Then we were told that they had been there on monday, we were there, we never saw them. Then finally we saw pool cleaners on Friday. Cleaners were there for 12 minutes they Scrubbed walls and dumped chemicals.bug problem continued was never cleaned.Host told us to use pool robot cleaner - they told us where we’d find the charger. We never found it ever. We usually stay on the key but this time we wanted a private pool. Such a let down considering we got it for the pook and hot tub. We swam with the bugs because what are we gonna do? Just stayed above water and didn’t move much. Fred like there is a disconnect between the property and management. Not knowing what’s even at the house.

The pool service visited the property during your stay, and our records confirm that the pool technicians attended as scheduled. In addition, when concerns about debris and insects were reported, we responded immediately by providing a skimmer net and giving access to the pool robot so the pool could be maintained between service visits, which is common in Florida due to the tropical environment and surrounding vegetation. The charging cable for the pool robot was available in the location communicated through our messages, and additional cleaning equipment, including a toilet plunger, was already provided at the property. We also purchased and delivered extra items during your stay in an effort to address every concern as quickly as possible. Regarding the hot tub, we understand your disappointment. The feature is decorative and not a jetted spa, and we appreciate the feedback as it helps us improve how this is communicated to future guests. We take guest concerns seriously and responded to every message throughout your stay. While we regret that the experience did not meet your expectations, we are proud of the many positive reviews we have received from guests who have enjoyed the home, pool, and amenities. We stayed here for my birthday weekend with a group of friends, and it honestly could not have been a better experience.The space itself was perfect for a group—super clean, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out so everyone had room to relax without feeling crowded. The open living area made it easy for all of us to hang out together, and having multiple bedrooms and bathrooms was a huge plus. We especially loved the pool area—it was such a fun spot to spend time during the day, and having things like the Xbox and pool setup in the garage gave us plenty to do when we weren’t out at the beach. It really felt like the kind of place you can both unwind and have fun at the same time.One of the highlights of our stay was the host, Roselis. She went above and beyond from the start—she gave us great dinner recommendations and was always very responsive, within minutes to each text message. But what really stood out was her kindness after we checked out. I accidentally left behind my credit card, driver’s license, and phone case, which could have been a total nightmare. Roselis found everything, shipped it out the very next day, and wouldn’t even accept money for the trouble. That level of care and honesty is rare, and it meant so much.Overall, this was one of the best birthday trips I’ve had. Between the amazing space, perfect location near Siesta Key, and such a thoughtful host, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling with friends or family.
