Golf Trip

Stayed here for golf trip in Sarasota. House was great and plenty of room for our group. Communication with owner worked out great and we had no issues. Would definitely stay here again.

March in Sarasota

The property was exactly as described and fit our needs wonderfully. It’s is spacious and was like a home away from home. The patio and pool were awesome and we enjoyed them tremendously. I would stay here again and give it our recommendation.

Very nice gateway

The house is spacious. Easily accommodated 5 families. It was a 25 min drive to the beach. The pool area was definitely a plus.

Great Place

This was a perfect place for our family to gather for graduation. The house is spacious and comfortable. Lots of privacy and lots of bathrooms! Mercedes is wonderful to work with. The house is well maintained. The screened in patio and pool are perfect for relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay here.

A Good Group Accommodation

The house had ample space and included a large lanai and a pool where family members could gather together easily. However, when needed, the set up of bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for complete privacy as well. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants, stores and most importantly, the Sarasota airport. Should I need a large home again, I wouldn't hesitate to rent this one.

Awesome House & Owner!!!

We come to Sarasota every year around the same time for a Racquetball Tournament and this time we had five adults. The house was beautiful inside/out, very spacious and comfortable. The owner, Mercedes, was very accommodating and friendly! The pool was also refreshing! Will definitely return next year!

Perfect for large group

Not many rentals with five bathrooms!! This home is huge. We had a group of 12 and we never felt crowded. The only drawback was the pool heater wasn’t working and the pool water was only 74 degrees. Too cold to enjoy the pool.

Mercedes' home is very cozy, despite being quite large! Well-equipped and perfect for large families

Mercedes was very helpful & accommodating! Dealing with her was easy & a pleasure. The home's location is convenient to shopping and the beach. The house is deceptively large! With 4 large bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), 3 living areas, full pool bath, screened-in pool and large porch: it was perfect for our large family!! Our family reunion was a success, thanks to Mercedes' home.

The property was nice and practical for a big Family.

I was celebrating my birthday and there were Nine of us. The house was in a great location. Only 20 minutes from Lido Beach & St Armand Cir and 30 minutes from Siesta Key Beach and Village. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was very convenient. Overall it was great for accommodating a big family. The owner Mercedes was wonderful. She responded in a timely manner to my questions before arrival as well as during the stay. Thank you! I would definitely stay again.

Great place for multiple families

Family trip, 3 families, 6 adults, and 5 grandkids under the age of 6. We had plenty room, every family had their own room/beds and connecting bathrooms. Pool area was great! Plenty of space, other than it would have been nice to have a bigger kitchen table, so everyone could sit together. Tiles in the Lani were slippery when wet, But they have plenty of towel to lay down, to avoid slipping. Quite neighborhood. 20 to 30 minutes from most beaches.

Dated and not very clean

This property is in need of some real TLC. Only supplies were partial roles of paper towel and TP. Nothing else. No wash clothes. Basic items you normally find in most VRBOs missing. Needs cleaned and remodeled big time. Bed sheets were old and did not fit. Won’t stay here again.

Very clean; easy communication with owner; very spacious - lots of bedrooms and baths

We were in town to visit family who lived nearby - so we didn't spend a lot of time at the VRBO, but it was clean and very comfortable. Had everything we needed and it's nice to have FOUR bedrooms and FIVE bathrooms. The owner was very nice and easy to reach if I had any questions. Wifi was reliable too. The house was spotless which made up for the outdated and rather vivid decor! I needed a clean large home with lots of bedrooms, wifi and air conditioning and this was perfect. We did find 10 minutes to dip our feet in the crystal clean and perfect temperature pool too. The spread out floorplan made it nice too - and 3 of the four bedrooms had their own in-suite bathrooms and VERY large clothes and ample storage space (the 4th bedroom had the bath right across the hall). The kitchen had all we needed. I would definitely book it again.

Dirtiest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in

Things that are good Location Spacious Pool Things that are not ok -Broken toaster and toaster oven(owner brought new ones) -no remote to one tv (remote was delivered but no batteries) -not a washcloth in the place-(new wash cloths were delivered) -grime on the cupboards -gas grill only has one burner so it took an hour to grill burgers (new gas grill was delivered and assembled) -walls are dirty as is everything else. -broken glass outside the service door -holes is screen in pool cage. -refrigerator door clunks when you open it. -ceiling fans all wobbly -sheets on the twin size bed was not washed. -one toilet, after flushing it, makes such a loud noise, like the pipes are rattling apart. -one of the showers don’t work. -1/2 light bulbs burnt out -Interior bedroom and bathroom door locks don’t work

Family house

What a great house for a family get together. Plenty of space, our dogs were welcome, neighborhood was great to walk, the 2nd fridge was super, pool was so nice.

Pretty Good, not as pictured

The house was like it' pictures and i knew that the decor was a little dated and could use a makeover but that was ok. However, there was a blue tarp on the roof in the back of the home that was NOT disclosed. Also, the pool pump was super loud so it was hard to enjoy the pool and patio when it was on. Also, the shower in the front room by patio did not work. Other than these items the home was clean and the pool got a lot of use when we were there.

The interstate I 75 is 3 minutes away and take you to Tampa in 45 minutes, Orlando 1 hora, and Miami 3 hr. don't miss this opportunity to Visit Florida and stay on the best Area you can be.
