Whether you're planning a family vacation, a golf getaway, or a relaxing weekend retreat, this villa delivers an unforgettable Lowcountry experience.

With plush bedding, this villa sleeps 6 comfortably. It features a fully equipped kitchen and open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light. There are two decks which are perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. As a pet-friendly home, you can even bring your pet with a non-refundable security deposit.

Seabrook Island has so much to offer - 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, and lush maritime forests. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Even better, Seabrook Island Club Amenity Cards are included with this villa! Additional user fees may apply at the amenities on the island. These amenities include:

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Our stay was amazing and the hosts were absolutely wonderful! The place was clean, well stocked, and decorated beautifully. The hosts responded quickly prior to booking and even allowed us to check in early. We will be back to Seabrook and stay here again!

Beautifully updated and clean property! We were blown away by the promiscuity to both the beach and main pool area within Seabrook Island. Host was very communicative throughout the process - we will certainly be back!

This property is a delight!! The property is beautifully decorated, very well equipped and the cleanliness and maintenance are top notch. We stayed there for the weekend and have nothing but good things to say. Julie is one of the warmest and most considerate VRBO hosts I have worked with. We were travelling with elderly parents and she helped is with an early check in and late checkout and has been super responsive throughout. Seabrook Island and its amenities are exactly what you need for a great vacation. One of the beach access points is just a short walk from the property.I would recommend this property to every vacationer visiting the area and hope to go back ourselves!

Had a great stay at this newly renovated condo. Love the community. Everything around including pool closes at 8pm. That would have been the only drawn back for those who like to swim in the evening. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Fantastic host family.

This cute 2 bedroom villa was an absolute treasure on a beautiful island. The host has great communication and amenity cards were provided to the island’s many amenities. The house is super clean, nicely decorated and the beds were amazing. Some of the best rental property beds we’ve slept on. The check in process was easy and smooth. The views of the golf course are so peaceful and fun to watch the golfers. But the best part is the very short 5 minute walk to the beach access. We were at Walk 9 beach access. There is not much beach at high tide, but at low tide you get a good amount of beach, soft waves, lots of opportunities to find shells and a nice quiet beach. It was a wonderful stay for my family of 4, and the house can easily accommodate 6 guests. We loved our stay and would come back. 10/10!! Thanks for letting us enjoy your home!
