The Space:

This well-loved, open-concept home offers plenty of room to spread out. The master bedroom features a king bed, dedicated workspace, and an open skylight drop-through design. Three additional bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements, while the fully stocked kitchen includes island seating for four and a dining table for six. Head downstairs to discover the standout feature: a complete home gym and a two-person infrared sauna.

★ Open Concept Note: This home features a highly open-concept design. There is an open skylight drop-through from the kitchen area toward the upstairs master bedroom, and upstairs bathrooms and hallways have open areas near the ceiling. Sound travels easily throughout the home.

The home is perfectly situated for driving, with quick access to Crowchild Trail and major routes. Transit options are also readily available.

Other Things to Note:

This is a well-loved, older NW Calgary home. While professionally cleaned, it is not a brand-new build, so flooring, walls, and carpets show normal wear.



◆ The middle bedroom (double bed) is very small and has only a small window. The double room (double and single bed) is also small.



◆ The basement master bedroom does not have a closet; water for the coffee bar must be taken from upstairs or the bathroom down the hall.



◆ The TV in the basement is older, but we did our best to make it "smart" and the fireplace does not have a remote.



◆ Some blinds have been abused by previous guests. The main bedroom blinds and living room blinds work well, but others may be damaged. New blinds are being arranged.



◆ The light switches are quirky. The garage is not heated.



◆ This property may have noise monitoring devices. These devices do not record voices - they track decibel levels only to ensure a comfortable stay for all neighbors.



◆ This property may have exterior security cameras at or near all entrances. Cameras are exterior only and are for the safety and security of all guests.



◆ All guests are required to complete identity verification through our third-party screening partner, Truvi, prior to check-in. Bookings are subject to cancellation if verification is not completed.



◆ A security deposit or damage protection is required for all stays. Guests may choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver for $49.
