Le Madeira Beach Yacht Club est situĂ© sur la baie, dans un quartier calme et paisible de Madeira Beach. La communautĂ© fermĂ©e comprend des quais de pĂȘche (idĂ©al pour se dĂ©tendre aussi!), une piscine de type complexe hĂŽtelier, un centre de remise en forme, des courts de tennis, une table de billard et une superbe promenade au bord de l’eau avec des tables de pique-nique et une vue magnifique sur la baie (les dauphins sont trĂšs frĂ©quents ici!)

Ce condo de deux chambres et deux chambres à coucher a été entiÚrement refait avec un ameublement et une décoration haut de gamme. Tout dans ce condo a été mis en place pour vous réconforter et rendre votre séjour ici se sentir spécial.

Nous l'appelons "Madeira Sunset".

- Salle de bains en bas

- Chambre privée à l'étage avec lit King Size, TV à écran plat, grand bureau / espace de travail et une taniÚre séparée avec un lit de style Murphy.

- DeuxiĂšme chambre avec lit queen size.

- Grande salle de bain privée magnifiquement carrelée avec trÚs grande douche à l'italienne.

- Beaux planchers de bois franc REAL tout au long!

- Laveuse et sécheuse, Internet haute vitesse Wi-Fi gratuit, télévision par cùble gratuite. Il y a des escaliers dans ce condo menant à la chambre à coucher au niveau supérieur.

Condo was wonderful. 2 beautiful bedrooms, nice dining room and equipped kitchen. Porch was great for coffee in morning and drinks in afternoon. Location on water, 2 blocks to beach. Walking distance to all restaurants and bars. Only caveat is sofa and love seat need to be upgraded.

This was the nicest condo I have stayed in at Madiera Beach. The property management were very good at communicating with me and gave all the pertinent information I needed re:accessing unit, parking information and what was needed re: tenant rules. The condo we rented at 315G Madeira Beach Yacht Club was great! Updated! So nice! Close to everything but not too crowded! The staff at iTrip was great and helpful too! They are on top of it! Even when we needed something fixed, they responded immediately and went above and beyond!

Great Location- Needs Better Cleaning

My family of 4 recently stayed in this unit and overall had a good experience. Check-in/ check-out was very easy and it was easy to communicate with management. The location is great! You are close to the beach, short drive to Johns Pass, mini golf and the main strip. The complex itself is nice and we spent a lot of time in the pool with our kids. We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch with water views. There is a washer/dryer which was helpful with 2 small kids. The unit matches the photos and has everything you could need for a comfortable week there. We did have some issues with the cleanliness of the unit that were addressed by management. If the unit has been cleaner, we would have had zero complaints about our stay.

The water views on the condo are obscured by some sort of film that is cloudy and distorted so we cannot see the water clearly This was an important feature in us choosing this condo Also the main bathroom smells of mold. There are missing a broken blinds throughout the unit

Couples Getaway

Upon entry to the house the screen door was torn, the patio furniture was moldy and worn. Entering the main door, to decor is beautiful, I likes the layout and cozy feel. A few things we noted so there was no confusion when we left, were broken glasses left on the counter, a broken barstool chair. The unit was not “clean” which is a reflection of the property managers. Clutter and dust under the beds, floors were dirty and the shower was musty and moldy. There is no DVD player , but they’ll bring you one if you ask. I say this upfront to get it out of the way and to move on with a few positives. The location is great, we threw a sheet over the patio furniture so we could sit and drink our coffee in the morning, because the few is quite beautiful. We’d stay here again, because the location is convenient. If they tie up these loose ends and clean up, they’ll have 100% happy customers.

Had a few problems but itrip addressed them. The office at the yahatt club didn’t want to give us a parking pass because no one sent them our info. We got it on Monday then got locked out after the first week! Stove top was filthy dirty! Shower had mold in it. Beds were not comfortable I had to sleep in one and my husband in the other. The king had a egg crate on top but only on one side. I called and was told they were sleep number beds but we tried to fix them and couldn’t. The air broke and they came the next day to fix it thank goodness! Enjoyed the cruise they gave us for the air being out. Loved the Madeira Beach Yahatt Club.

Wonderful!

Our stay at 315-G was everything we dreamed of! The location was perfect... On the water with a fishing dock right outside, right across from the pool, a nice park right across the street, and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Our family spent a lot of time in all of these places. If you're into fishing, this is the spot. My kids caught one after another while we sat on the screened patio just above them. The area has lots of restaurants, shops, and mini golf within walking distance. We took the trolley many times to areas a little farther away, which was a great, cheap option! The condo itself was clean, well stocked, nicely decorated, and comfortable. My daughter loved the little room with the murphy bed! Beds were comfortable and there plenty of space for our things. All appliances worked great, including the washer and dryer. There isn't anything I can think of that the condo was missing. Publix and Walmart are both a short drive away for groceries. The ITrip team were excellent hosts. They responded quickly when we had a couple questions (no problems). Upon arriving home we realized we left a special kids blankie behind and they personally went to the condo to find it and promptly mailed it to us. They saved the day! We could not be happier with our stay and recommend ITrip and this condo to anyone looking to travel to Madeira Beach!

Spring Break

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful spring break stay! My girlfriend and I traveled with her granddaughter and her friend, and this condo was perfect for our group. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location couldn’t have been better—everything was convenient and easy to get to, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The kitchen was especially impressive. It was fully stocked with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you could possibly need, making it simple to prepare meals and spend time together. Everything about our stay was comfortable and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay

Awesome location!

We absolutely loved the location of this property. It was so nice to be able to sit out on the dock, in front of the condo, and watch the boats going by. We also watched the dolphins there one morning. The screened-in porch was a bonus. We loved spending time out there in the mornings & evenings, watching the boats. The only negative thing that I will comment on is the cleanliness of the condo. It was really dusty, and definitely in need of a deep cleaning. It’s a beautiful condo, with really nice updates, but in desperate need of some attention. There were no beach chairs at the condo, as listed, but a quick text to the property manager was all that was needed to fix this matter. 2 new beach chairs were left inside the screened-in porch, while we were out. I had read another review about how dusty the condo was, but wasn’t deterred by this. I would definitely stay here again, but really hoping that some well needed attention will be given when cleaning this beautiful condo.
