Détendez-vous et profitez de magnifiques couchers de soleil et de superbes plages de sable dans ce 2 chambres 2 salles de bain complÚtes avec condo cuisine complÚte sur le golfe du Mexique, juste au village et à la promenade du célÚbre John's Pass. Tout ce que vous attendez de vacances à la plage est disponible, y compris la piscine chauffée, les activités de sports nautiques, les repas (à la fois décontractés et gastronomiques), la chasse aux coquillages et les magnifiques couchers de soleil. Une voiture n'est pas une nécessité car nous sommes sur la ligne Beach Trolley et à distance de marche de nombreuses activités et restaurants.

Host was very responsive and helpful. We were very grateful for an early checkin. The location right on the beach and across street from many shops, restaurants and boardwalk at Kohn’s Pass Village is fantastic for families. The apartment building is older. The apartment itself was fine for our two nights as the weather was fantastic so we spent most time outside. Ample bathroom space. Balcony is on side of building so an angled view of the beach. We had a party of five, so someone was on the sleeper sofa, which is quite uncomfortable. Kitchen had ample dishes, and we cooked a meal. Bring your own salt and pepper, oil, etc as no foodstuffs are provided. Loved being able to hear the sound of waves inside the condo with balcony doors open. Slightly odd smell inside which wasn’t an issue since weather was great. We’d definitely come back in great weather. Very reasonable rate for beachside building.

Communication with the owner was great! The location is awesome for the beach and right across the street to John's Pass. Disappointed that our beach view was very limited. You walk in and see a wall next door. Also, the flooring tiles need to be replaced; most of them are cracked. Heads up: No kitchen towels or beach towels. But the location made this place so worth it!!

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the gorgeous beach views from the balcony. The nice pool area offered some full shade options which was great! Overall very relaxing.

Location is great. We did have an issue with the internet for the tvs, but Barbara was very attentive and worked to help get issue taken care of. Unit is a little outdated, but makes up for it in location. Would definitely stay there again

The beach view was great. It was a side view, but from the balcony there was a great view. There was an issue with the internet connection for the TV in the master suite. I had to set up the connection the first day, the second day it started out to work but after starting a movie, the movie froze and internet connection was lost. It never would reconnect so, not watching TV in the bedroom.

Absolutely stunning location directly across from ST JOHNS PASS on the ocean with a beautiful room with all amenities including a washer and dryer in the building to use. The owner Barbara was easily reachable thru the VRBO app and responded back quickly when necessary. We loved this room so much that we plan on booking for a yearly trip with her specific condo!
The pool was closed for 3 days during our stay for chemical maintenance but we went shelling on the beach and Shopping at John’s Pass

This was a lovely place! Had everything you needed. Including fans in both bedrooms . Barbara was quick to respond to a situation with the parking (which was nothing on her part). I will definitely stay here again. The condo was clean and right across from John's Pass. Everything was walking distance.

Perfect location, Perfect condo.

I would absolutely stay here again. Perfect location. The balcony view was nothing short of amazing. Seen dolphins from the balcony and even a waterspout over the ocean from the balcony. The picture dont show justice. The masrer bedroom was huge. Plenty of room for your stuff.

Susie Memorial Weekend

This condo was everything could have asked for. We have rented many from VRBO. This was by far the cleanest place we have stayed. The location was superb. All you could ask for right across the street at John’s Pass dining and shopping. The pool side was clean with plenty of lounge chairs and covered tables and grills . The beach was just steps away from the pool with chairs and umbrellas to rent. There was this wonderful Fruit Boat that floated right up to the beach to get fruity drinks (pineapple, watermelon or coconut) I will for sure recommend to all friends and will be staying again in the future. Thank you to Barbara (owner/host) for all your help while we were here.

Perfect Getaway Location

Overall fantastic experience. The location and ease to get to the pool and beach were essentail for us with our 1 year old. There was SO much to do within a quick 5 mim walk.veey family friendly location.

Great place to stay.

My family and I stayed for 5 days. House keeping crew could have done a better job before we got there. We were able to handle the things that they didn’t get done. The host was great and easy to get in contact with. I would definitely stay here again.

Getaway with girlfriends

The condo was really nice, just like the pictures, beds were comfy and we had everything we needed in kitchen but did have to buy dish towels and cloths which was fine. The door did want to stick, maybe a little wd-40, Barbara was always prompt with any questions we had, was nice and clean would definitely stay here again.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Our condo is located in the vacation district so there are many activities in close proximity both walking and driving. Busch Gardens in Tampa is only about 1 hour drive. Disney/Sea World/Universal Studios about 2 hour drive. Clearwater Marine Aquarium (home of 'Winter' the dolphin from movie Dolphin Tale) is only 1/2 hour drive.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

A car is not a necessity as our condo is also on the beach trolley line with a stop right out in front of the building. There is also bus service available, Uber, and cabs. There is a shuttle service @ most airports 'SuperShuttle' for transportation to and from airport.
