Great place and location.

Property was very clean and extremely well maintained. Location was excellent location for both PB and Mission Beach. Communication with hosts was excellent, very responsive and friendly. Family already planning to come back again.

Wonderful stay!

We loved staying at the incredible ocean front house. The unit was even better than described, with beautiful ocean views, multiple decks, and plenty of room for our family of four. The house was very clean and the location was amazing! This was our second time staying at the house and we look forward to future visits.

Lovely and roomy in a great location

The property was really spacious and had nice style for an oceanfront property. Good decks and living room/kitchen area. Big closet and bathroom in the master suite were appreciated.

Relaxing week

Nice relaxing week overlooking pacific beach/ocean. Well-equipped place, just wished there was a gas pit on the second floor balcony to keep warm, overall great experience

Anniversary Celebration

We spent a delightful week at this ocean front duplex on the 2nd and 3rd level which provided privacy and comfort. Beds were very comfortable and clean, nice big dining table for all to gather. Management was quick to respond and take care of simple needs.

Great location on the beach

The place was in a perfect spot on the beach and walking distance to lots to do. Listing says a second bed in BR 4 that wasn’t there, luckily we had one less person than expected so it worked ok. The condo is really nice inside with plenty for our group of 4 adults and 3 college age kids.

Great location and beautiful home

The location of this house is perfect as it is right on the beach and within walking distance to many places to eat. The house was larger than most of the other homes in the area and had 4 bedrooms, which was great for us and our 6 daughters. We have a baby so we were able to nap her and still keep an eye on the older kids out in the sand. We think we have found our go to home for Mission Beach.

A slice of heaven

We immediately felt cozy in this property. The views were amazing and we really enjoyed the various balconies. Especially since the weather was a bit chillier than we anticipated, we used the balconies to snuggle up with a light banket and a good book in the very comfortable patio chairs. Listening to the sound of the ocean and watching the world walk by was just what the soul needed. Beautifully appointed, we lacked for nothing. We can't wait to come back.

Great location

This property had the perfect set up for us. Our grandkids could walk out the door, take 6 steps to cross the boardwalk and be on the beach. Our living area, balcony’s and bedrooms were on the second floor, allowing us to lay in the sun, read or watch the ocean without those people walking on the boardwalk looking in on us. We were less than a 20 minute drive from La Jolla, the Midway, The Zoo and Sea World. The unit also had a garage for our 2 cars. Would stay here again.

Excellent View!

We loved our stay at this property. Excellent views from multiple overlooking decks, great location, easy check-in and check-out, and easy access to the beach/water. Our only gripe was we thought the fire pit was part of the property, but it is only if you book both the downstairs and upstairs units both. Tiny gripe that the trash can in the kitchen was broken when you stepped on it to open the lid. But those two things are definitely nitpicks. Overall, the property was awesome. Takeaway was great location, roomy, and awesome views. Would recommend. Thanks!

Excellent stay, but with a twist

This property is wonderful! It is spacious, with wonderful ocean views from multiple levels. It was clean and the kitchen was relatively well stocked. The management company was very helpful and responsive to our needs, with one exception. The dryer did not work during our 6 nights there. By the time we finally found out (just before a weekend) that the dryer was beyond immediate repair, their only solution was for us to use a public laundromat. We then conducted a google search, which led us to an excellent same day weekend pick up/drop off laundry service, which saved the day. This would have been a 5 stars experience if the management company had not dropped this ball.

Overall good

We stayed at this property for several days during the early summer. Overall, the property was clean and well-kept. We ran into some issues with the refrigerator leaking water and creating puddles on the floor as well as the oven not functioning properly. We lay a towel down in front of the refrigerator while we were there and contacted the property manager. They offered to have somebody come and check it out, but we did not want to have someone in the property while we were staying there. The oven wouldn’t come to temperature, which could have been a bigger problem for us than it ended up being, as we have a lot of food sensitivities/allergies in the family . However, thankfully, the food offerings in the area were diverse, and we ate out more than we expected. Again, when we contacted the property manager about it, they offered to send somebody, but we did refuse it as we were scheduled to leave the next morning. Their communication was always fairly prompt. Check in and check out was very easy, there were plenty of linens and pillows and towels. There were a couple of beach chairs in the garage to use, as well as a vacuum. I had wondered if we would run into a lot of homelessness given the complaints I’ve heard about other areas of the state, there was some present, but not immediately where we were located. There were lots of places to eat, grab a cup of coffee, etc. nearby. We used Doordash several times and never had any issues with delivery.
