Profitez et détendez-vous dans ce condominium de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain! Vous pouvez utiliser le club house entièrement équipé avec centre de fitness, piscine, spa, cuisine pleine grandeur et salon. À quelques minutes de la plage de Fort Myers, du centre-ville de Fort Myers, de l'aéroport international de Fort Myers, de tous les centres commerciaux, magasins d'usine, restaurants et terrains de golf. Ce condo est joliment décoré dans des couleurs tropicales chaudes de pêche, bruns et verts.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec une barre de petit déjeuner en granit et tous les appareils. Il y a un placard à linge séparé avec une laveuse / sécheuse empilable, une planche à repasser, du fer, une vadrouille, un balai et des détergents de démarrage.

La chambre principale a un lit king size, un téléviseur / lecteur DVD à distance, un dressing, une salle de bain privée avec double vasque en granit et une douche spacieuse, ainsi qu'un accès privé à la véranda depuis la chambre principale.

La chambre d'hôtes est aménagée comme une suite séparée avec un lit queen-size, une télévision à distance, un dressing et une salle de bains pour les invités accessible depuis la salle de bains ainsi que la cuisine.

Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD / blue-ray et accès à Internet sans fil. Entièrement meublé avec canapé Tommy Bahamas, fauteuil inclinable, chaise / pouf.

La véranda a deux chaises en osier confortables, une table de bistrot avec deux chaises et est grillagée avec des portes coulissantes avec un accès facile à la fois au salon et à la chambre.

Ce propriétaire fournit également 5 chaises de plage, une petite glacière, un parasol, des nouilles de natation, des clubs de golf et des serviettes de plage pour votre confort.

This condo is one of the cleanest we have ever rented. It has everything you would need for a carefree vacation. It is conveniently located to the area islands, beaches and shopping. It is quiet and very comfortable. The screened lanai offers a great place to enjoy morning coffee.

Beautiful, comfortable, luxurious with so much to do!!

A beautiful, but private condo, surrounded by so much activities as well as a pool, spa and club house. We really enjoyed staying at your condo. The many amenities made it comfortable and luxurious for us. We loved waking up to the sun shining through the palm trees and watching the bird sanctuary from the lanai. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. We look forward to staying again next year, but for a longer time. Thank you for helping us have a great and relaxing vacation.

Perfect location for activities in the area.

Our condo was appointed with traditional southern decor. Contemporary style glass tables, wicker chairs and couch. While the porch was inviting our weather was usually to cool to be able to use it often. It was nice to be able to shut off the AC and open the slider for fresh air. The beds were comfortable with the queen being a bit more firm than the king. Bathrooms offered plenty of space and the bedrooms had enough distance that you didn't hear the other if they were up earlier. The kitchen has plenty of pots and pans to cook with as well as a coffee pot for pods and one for ground coffee. The garbage disposal wasn't working but we are accustomed to not using one. We just put the plug in to remind us that food wasn't to be thrown down the disposal. Overall the complex was convenient to get to (once we learned the back way to get in/out and miss the traffic between 3 & 6 pm. Maria's directions were the best for getting in and out. Our GPS took us through an older part of the complex before we found where we needed to be. The building was very quiet and people were friendly. The clubhouse was close by and offered a small, but functional, exercise room that one of our guests took advantage of daily. We were able to sit out by the pool several days when the temps were warmer. Maria was easy to work with and had some items that we left behind (be sure to check all drawers before you leave!) shipped to us. We enjoyed the warm weather, easy access to many activities that we went to, the condo location and the space in the condo. You won't be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

Fantastic owner. Beautiful and well equipped condo in a great location.

We stayed for a month and from the first night felt right at home. The owners have taken great steps to think of everything you need. When all you can think of to say negatively is the stove cooks a little slower than the one we have at home you know the place is fantastic! Looking forward to coming back next year. Have stayed in several VRBO places - most really good - this one was the best! Thanks to the owners for letting us stay here!

After our first stay, two years ago, it really felt like homecoming for us. We had a wonderfull vacation at Palmetto Cove and enjoyed SWFL, the beaches, the shopping and the nature etc. We hope to comeback for another vacation.

Very Nice

Of the places we've stayed in the last 4 January's, this is clearly the best. Spotlessly clean, well decorated, very well equipped, quiet, scenic, and in a good location. Felt at home in it immediately, but much warmer. Also, a really good owner to work with. I would definitely return. A great value.

Superb !

Beautifull, spacious and very well equiped condo. Comfortable beds, clean, nicely decorated. Great pool. Palmetto Cove is safe and quiet, close to many beautifull beaches, restauarants, shopping possibillities etc.. We hope that we can comeback for another vacation.

Lovely Condo

Everything previous reviewers said is accurate, great location near beach, restaurants & shop'g. Condo is totally complete, you could cook a Thanksgiving dinner if you chose to, very well stocked. Quiet community and great to relax. Having a garage was really nice. We were there for 2 weeks.

Palmetto Cove is a quiet and safe gated community. As soon as we walked in the door of this beautiful condo, we knew we would love it. The condo itself was extremely well appointed with everything needed. It was very clean and the beds extremely comfortable! We love every day of it and didn't want to leave. Pakmetto Cove

Our Stay in Palmetto Cove for the Month March 2014

This beautifully decorated home was in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, but just 5 minutes away from major streets, shopping, and no more than 20 minutes away from the BEST beaches in the area. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. All the appliances and furnishings that you need are available. And all is new! There was nothing we needed that was not available. There was even a corkscrew and plenty of wine glasses. A flat screen in each bedroom and the living room. High speed internet and cable TV. Maria and her husband are great owners. They tried to think of everything for their guests (beach umbrella, lawn chairs, and it shows. I must mention the Lanai a great place to unwind.. thank you both.

Palmetto Cove Complex

The condo is very new so extremely clean and up to date. Both master bed and spare bed were extremely comfortable. Fans in each room were quiet and refreshing. Lanni view was a forested preserve with very little neighbourhood noise. Pool was only a few steps away with plenty of lounge chairs and 84 degrees, just walk right in with no shivers. I used the BBQ frequently, hardly anyone else used it in the pool area. The condo is central Fort Myers so it was close to many attractions and the beaches. The only down side to my experience was the traffic, Fort Myers in February is very busy and it takes 20 minutes to get to I-75 or to Colonial Parkway. The weather was perfect, it rained only one night for a few hours otherwise it was hot and cloudless for the month of February. Highly recommend this condo and working with the owner was easy and pleasant.

We really loved Palmetto Cove. The condo was equipped with everything that we needed to begin a great vacation. We liked that the complex is small and close to grocery stores and restaurants. It is only minutes from the beach and Sanibel. We loved the pool and spa building. The condo was really furnished nice with extra linens and towels. The garage was handy for keeping items locked-up and the car cool from Florida Sun. The owner, Marie was very helpful. She answered any questions we had about the area. We will certainly rent from her again.

Relaxing, comfortable get away!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at your beautiful and luxurious condo in Fort Myers. We enjoyed the pool, spa and clubhouse. The condo was comfortable, clean and conveniently close to everything, especially to all the golf courses and beaches.
