Enter the elegant foyer through double entry doors and be prepared to be shocked as you witness the unbelievable views from the master bedroom, kitchen and living area. Upon entering you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a small breakfast nook, the breakfast nook has a private balcony which overlooks the tennis court area. The open space living area has beach views along with the master bedroom, the master bedroom features a king bed . The beachfront balcony extends width of the master bedroom and living room. The second bedroom features 2 full beds along with a private balcony.



The beach club offers 24/7 security, heated pool & spa, tennis court, a bbq area, a large party room with kitchen, billiards room and a fitness center which includes a therapeutic hot tub, sauna and steam room. Of course private beach access to the beautiful Sand Key beach and the GULF OF MEXICO are just steps out your back door. Walk to great restaurants and shops. Only 35 minutes to Tampa International Airport.
