Cet appartement de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains est situé à Cabarete (province de Puerto Plata - République dominicaine), avec une taille d'environ 1600 pieds carrés. Beautiful 4 days !

Beautiful clean spacious condo. Location is perfect. Close to restaurants on beach and nearby is a couple with authentic Dominican cooking. Close to Janet’s supermercado. Very convenient. Condo managers were very helpful and responds quickly. Would definitely go back. .

Best view in town

Excellent place to stay with gorgeous view of the whole Cabarete beach (floors 2-4) near good restaurants and local eating places. The master bedroom in Apt. 3 is huge with excellent view and access to wonderful balcony and great bathroom. The second bedroom and bath are quite small and no view. Both have king size beds (for travelers with kids twin beds in the 2nd bedroom might have been better). The living/dining room and kitchen are also a combined large space (we ate our meals on the balcony). There was maid service mid -week, and we had a delicious and abundant traditional meal cooked and delivered by Jennifer who works with the owners. We were disappointed that the pool wasn't big enough to actually swim in - more like a big bathtub and the area around it is is not particularly inviting. Outside of that, some small problems were quickly addressed. For example, there is a dishwasher in the kitchen but dishwasher soap was not provided until the end of our stay, nor were basics like toilet paper, paper towel, dish washing items (e.g., sponge, cloth, soap, pot holder, sufficient glassware, trash bags) available upon arrival so it's a good idea to ensure they will be there ahead of time. This was all quickly remedied by Raul who oversees that all is well. All in all, we highly recommend this venue if the pool thing is not an issue for others. Unless you are in a 5* hotel it’s the best view of all in Cabarete and an inviting place to stay, close to the market, ATM, and some local eating places and full of really lovely people in the friendly neighborhood.

Fantastic Apartment and Location

Stunning apartment on the beach. We would be excited to be able to return sooner then later. There was an issue with the AC but were kept informed and communication was excellent throughout. Everyone associated with this rental were fantastic and helped to create a truly wonderful experience for our family. Thanks Fabio and Rauol!

Should have said something!!!

Beautiful view. The ceiling in the bedroom was leaking when we checked in and the owner said nothing. Smelled like mildew. I brought it to his attention however he did not respond. We had asked for a extra bed, which we received however it had no blankets. Asked for blankets and did not receive. There were no beach towels and not enough regular towels for five people. When we flew down we had yo change our flights twice due to Westjet cancelling flights. Vrbo said no problem changing the dates for this unit, once the flights had been changed Vrbo informed us that the unit wasn’t actually available. We should have been compensated for the leaking roof, the mildew smell made it so we had to sleep on the couch in the living room.

Due to heavy rains, there was indeed a temporary leak and mild smell in one of the bedrooms. However, you forgot to mention that: - you booked the property with a 50% discount; - we installed an additional bed at no extra charge for an unexpected fifth person even if the maximum number of people allowed is 4 (it took a day to buy the blankets because shops were closed on Sunday); - we did accept your changes of dates TWICE (the second time, it took you too long to decide); - we did offer you a credit voucher for your next stay in any of our properties. After this unfair review, you can forget about it.

The view at the property is outstanding, you can wake up to blue water and the sounds of waves everyday. The team was very responsive and helpful in answering questions and resolving minor requests. The beach by the condo is calmer than other areas in Cabarete so ideal location for swimming and wading. The pool at the property is quite small but not a problem when you have the beautiful ocean a few feet away! The property is at the edge of a busy strip in Cabarete so a short 5 min walk to restaurants and amenities but far enough away to feel secluded. Everything you need is close by. The room is a great size, clean and well decorated. Also there is AC in the main area which isn't common in condos in Cabarete which is nice. Can't go wrong with this property!

Perfect apartment and location

It’s the best location if you want to stay at Cabarete…Isolated from the crowds but still a minute walk to everywhere. The apartment has all utilities for cooking and very modern and spacious.

Excellent Accommodations & Staff

The accommodations were exactly as described and the view from the balcony & master bedroom are amazing - like being on a cruise ship! The location is excellent as well. Easy walk to the grocery store (less than 5 min) & all the great restaurants on the beach (also less than 5 min). Paul and Raul were both great! Thanks to Paul for helping to arrange late transportation on our arrival which saved us a full day on our vacation. We would definitely stay at the view again!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT

Out of the 4 times I’ve been to Cabarete, Sosua, Puerto Plata this is by far my best living accommodation! The staff and security personnel were great and everything is as advertised. I highly recommend this condo and if I stay in Cabarete again I will be looking for this one first!
