Travel is also incredibly easy: I-95 is approximately 10 minutes away, and the Florida Turnpike is about 12 minutes away, giving guests quick access to surrounding cities and attractions. NOTE: Guest will not have access to the garages and shed out back. Docking/parking watercraft vehicles at the home is prohibited. Please be aware that there are exterior Surveillance Cameras on the property pointed at the driveway and the dock in the back yard.

Sweet Escape Stuart Retreat offers a bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed space perfect for families, groups, and extended stays. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home features an open-concept layout with plenty of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment you walk in.

Two beautifully appointed bedrooms include private en-suite bathrooms, giving guests extra comfort and privacy. Additional bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, including a queen-and-twin setup ideal for kids or additional guests. The home sleeps up to 9 people comfortably.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a large island, and everything needed for cooking and dining at home. The adjoining living and dining areas provide plenty of room to relax, watch TV, work remotely, or gather for meals.

Step outside to enjoy the private screened-in pool, perfect for swimming or lounging in the Florida sunshine. The backyard also offers peaceful canal views, where guests are welcome to bring their fishing poles and cast a line from the shoreline.

With high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs, in-home laundry, beach gear, and easy parking, the space is designed to make every stay feel comfortable, convenient, and effortless. (NOTE: Guest will not have access to the garages.)

You must supply your own transportation, or we recommend using the UBER app or Lyft App. But the home does have a few bikes for the guest use.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
Please note that after booking this property, you are required to provide us with color copies of Government Issued Photos ID's for every person in your party who is 18 years of age or older within 24 hours of making the reservation. We are required and retain the right to perform a felony background check on each person. Any person's with a sexual felony conviction will not be permitted on the property. Full refunds will be granted if this affects your ability to keep your reservation.

SECURITY:
The home has Security Cameras located outside the home and dock area.

PETS:
No Pets at the home. Not even to visit. All ADA animals must be pre-approved prior to the booking. Any pet found to be on the property will be responsible for an additional fee of $250+, depending on duration and any damages done to the property. The guest will be responsible for any additional costs, fines, or fees.

All Stays Longer than 28 Days are required a Bi-weekly cleaning at the guest's personal expense during their stay. A Representative will be contacting you to schedule your cleaning for the duration of your stay. Failure to do so will result and an extra cleaning fee at the end of your stay.

These rules are intended to promote the peaceful enjoyment of living in our community.
GATHERINGS : Gatherings of more the maximum number of people allowed in this property at any given time is 9 people. Events and Parties of any kind are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

DOCK RULES:
Dock is used for Fishing Only. Must clean up after use. We prefer to not have Any Watercraft & trailer (etc.) at the home. Parking of trailers must have prior approval before bring to the property. The Boat Lifts or items on boat lifts are not for guest usage. This is the owners personal property. Any Tampering with will result in a fine and immediate termination of the stay by all parties. We recommend docking or storage at one of many local marinas in the area.

SWIMMING POOL AND POOL AREA
Persons shall shower before entering the pool.
NO GLASS of any kind is allowed in the pool area.
Only swimwear may be worn in the pool.
No persons who cannot swim will be allowed in the pool without supervision. No animals are allowed in the pool area.
The use of the pool area is for residents and guests only.
Optional Baby Safety gate can be requested to use during your stay.

QUIET HOURS:
Noise must be kept low. No disruptive noise before 8 am or after 10 pm anywhere in the community, including the dock. No discharge of weapons or fireworks is permitted anywhere in the neighborhood.

GARBAGE COLLECTION
Please have your garbage packed into large plastic bags or container out in front of your home Monday and Thursday. Monday is also recycling day. All recyclables can be placed in one bin. All trash bins MUST be placed by the road before pickup and removed from curbside on day of schedule pickup. (We recommend that you place your bins out the night before)

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR RERSERVATION.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
-100% refunds will be granted for cancellations requested in writing prior to 60 days of your scheduled arrival date, and a 50% refund prior to 30 days of arrival. Cancelations within 30 days of arrival will not be honored unless some or all of your dates are booked by another traveler, which may be equal to or less than your total booking amount, depending on the number of days we are able to fill. Please note that any credit card payment or refund fees incurred by Good Vibes Vacation Rental Mgt. associated with your cancellation will be subtracted from your refund.
"On-Sight Payment Method'(debit/credit card) fees (4.50+%) for reservations booked through HomeAway (VRBO) or directly are NOT REFUNDABLE. All refunds, including any Security Damage Deposits, will be issued by a check and mailed to your mailing address on file at no additional fee, or by request only, can be refunded back to the original credit card and will be subject 5+% processing fee. Processing fees for any On-Site Payment Method (debit/credit card) may change without notice. Guests are responsible for all fees assessed at the time of processing, including fees applied to refunds, regardless of any amounts previously listed.
