I am glad in general you enjoyed your stay those minor issues could have been taken care of if they were mentioned and they since have been. now as far as check in codes I am sorry you did not see the arrival instructions on line I urge guests to make sure they have all they need PRIOR to arrival and have looked at the vrbo on line arrival materials that have codes unit location maps and also wifi passwords.

I am not sure what issues would have been a good idea to mention them here but thanks for the stay anyway

the unit she booked was rented not sure why she stated it was not. So I was kind enough to offer up an upgrade to an end unit three bedroom for her stay. sorry she did not like the yellow and blue decor I have since had the chairs steam cleaned I do this on occaision they get suntan lotion on them at times yes I do provide starter paper products I do not have a cleaner there every day and it is not like a hotel with daily service I can offer that but it is an extra charge

glad you enjoed south seas sorry you did not enjoy my unit it does state in the listing starter paper products meaning two rolls per bathroom so for 4 nights sorry you did not have enough but it is on the listing also on the listing is the gym is off site and actually where it is located but I know some do not read the listings I cannot make guests read the way vrbo presents if you have questions I am always glad to answer and also you cannot use the resort pool that is listed as well but there are three pools for your use just not the resort one that she mentioned.

Elevator was out but as of two days ago it is back up and running the permitting had to be done prior to them allowing it to run again. They had to have it inspected after electrical work done.

Yes I always suggest to buy your groceries at the walmart on the way in from the highway. But if you need something quick it is good to have it close by. I think it depends on what restaurants you go to. The mexican place is really reasonably priiced. The bubble room is not but you are paying for the eclectic ambiance but one must expect that there. There are several other places that are really not bad and starbucks is the same pricing as my home starbucks so not any more expensive but I guess "expensive" is relative. hope to have you back

lofted bedroom area is not open to below if you close the doors there is a half 4 foot solid wall and the top part has doors you close to create privacy.

the view is amazing for sure the carpet on the stairs was carpet cleaned and the furniture as well people just sit on it wtih the sandy clothing but we clean it twice a year

yes it is an amazing end unit location so lots of light and easy access

a brand new TV was installed a month ago in the living room when I was there so not sure what the guest is speaking about maybe they just dont know how to use a smart TV I guess that is possible Also the dishwasher sounds like the one in my home so not sure on that. Maybe they had something hitting one of the mechanisms in it when it was washing

I have a new steamer for the floors now that is being done regularly the grime from the sand gets into the floors it seems furniture is not that old but all a matter of taste I suppose there is a brand new HUGE TV new end tables and new coffee tables new lamps new fridge and stove all within 6 months

Cannot beat the views in this corner top two floors unit I totally agree Hope to have you back at this or one of my other 24 vacation rentals I own

I bought a new iron not sure on the internet but have since switched to a VERY fast comcast internet and pay $150 a month for it so it is upgraded and fast sorry you had to actually walk upstairs to the upstairs bathroom for more toilet paper not sure why this is a complaint since at least it was there. There is a larger bathroom closet up there for these items I put two new chairs in the unit last week as well as a new iron.

the home was just updated this month 10/2019 brand new flooring and toilets everywhere along with new linens for beds and pillows for the beds so not sure why she stated new pillows were needed I have only had 3 sets of guests since I was there after the update. The concierge provides all paper, linens and towels. I have not found the toilet paper to be inadequate and have never had a complaint about the quality I have had guests say they needed more but the listing is stated STARTER paper and soap products. the towels you are given as stated. There is a washer and dryer on the first floor of the complex if you needed to wash them. Sorry you are not renting from a hotel but you are also not paying those rates south seas at this time of year is about 2.5 times more than what you paid so if you are a person looking for daily housekeeping it is best to ask for it and I can provide for a fee.

I checked into the unit after the guest without cleaning arriving and there were no large amounts of sand there was some but they were here so expected the AC works GREAT so I have no idea what this is about I do have a fan in the unit if needed and one overhead in the upstairs bedroom the resort does have some brand new units but they are MUCH more expensive and if you rent with the resort yes you get the kiddie pool but you have to pay $25 a day per person plus tax on top of double the daily rate so yes they are nicer slightly but up to you to pay that much more Location is amazing like he stated views also amazing the resort is currently renting so not sure why he states when they are available

guests woke me up in the middle of the night midnight not 11pm saying it was a two bedroom demanding I do something about it screaming at me on the phone after waking me up from a sound sleep since they were in the wrong unit not sure how they did not read the front door and no idea how they got into another unit with my code but certanly not my fault they ended up in a different location and a different unit I even give a map with the unit circled on the map they just stated they never read any of the materials I cannot force anyone to read items sent and as far as the unit condition I think this is just more negativity from this unreasonable guest

thanks for your stay I have new furniture on order I have a new sofa coming Now the cleaning supplies?? The housekeepers use cleaning supplies they are not old I am not sure cleaning supplies get old I am confused Carpet is clean why should it go? it is only in the loft bedroom upstairs all other rooms have new wood look tiles and bathrooms have all new tiles as well the master was redone with a custom shower and vanity 6 months ago and looks great
