The heart of the home is a generous open living space designed for big groups. Gather around the wood stove on cool evenings (firewood and fire starters provided), put a record on, and settle in. A cozy reading nook houses our Honor Library — find something you love and take it home if you don't finish it. Step outside to the screened-in deck with a dining table, perfect for morning coffee or evening meals in the fresh air.

Hankins Creek runs along the lower edge of the property, crossed by a beautiful historic stone footbridge — pull up a chair and read to the sound of moving water, or cast a line in one of the best fly fishing regions in the country.
