Inside, Wind & Sea opens into a sun-filled, open-concept living area where soft coastal tones, warm textures, and thoughtful décor create a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The living room centers around a comfortable sofa, lounge seating, and a large TV—perfect for slow mornings or cozy evenings after exploring the coast. The dining table seats six, while the spacious kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a large island with seating for four, and plenty of room to cook and gather as a group.
Wind & Sea comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests across three stylish bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The primary suite offers a king bed and ensuite bathroom, blending natural light with serene finishes to create a relaxing retreat. A second king bedroom provides equal comfort for additional adults or couples. The third bedroom is set up with groups in mind, featuring two double beds and a twin trundle, ideal for kids, teens, or mixed parties of travelers. A shared full bathroom and two half baths ensure everyone has space to get ready.
Laundry needs are covered with an in-home washer and dryer, making long stays and beach days easier.
Step outside to enjoy peaceful mornings on the porch, casual grilling sessions on the BBQ, and convenient clean-ups after shore time thanks to the outdoor shower. Just a 5-minute walk brings you to the resort-style community pool, complete with an outdoor kitchen, TV, waterfalls, seasonally heated sections in November, December, March, and April.

Home Truths: - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 fine per pet. - Your home comes equipped with a pack ’n play. - The home sits near two public beach access points: Gulfview Heights (1.5 miles) and Blue Mountain Beach (0.6 miles). - The community pool is heated seasonally in November, December, March, and April. - Guests may use the community pool, waterfalls, outdoor kitchen, TV, and fire pits.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. Overall the house was great and we were pleased with the rental. The neighborhood was very nice, quiet, and well kept. The community pool was older but in good shape and the kids loved it with the lookout tower. The location was close to beach but we definitely were glad we had a low speed vehicle (golf cart) to drive around. Some things that could be improved.. It’s obvious the house definitely gets a lot of use. It could use a few updates… new paint, new toaster, updated coffee with nespresso machine or similar. Carpets could use a really good cleaning. I was a bit disappointed that there were no bikes with the rental. It specifically listed bikes in the description so when there weren’t any that was a bit unfortunate. Overall we were pleased and would definitely stay at an AvantStay property in the future!

We loved our stay! The house is located just down the hill from the pool so it’s close enough to walk. We love that the pool is heated during March! The neighborhood is quiet and safe and just a short walk to town or the beach. We appreciated having beach towels and pool noodles at the house. We were glad to have the washer/dryer too. The house was clean although we would recommend the cleaning team double check the water dispenser on the refrigerator as part of their cleaning routine. We would recommend some new/additional pans, silverware, and cooking utensils. We appreciated having starter toiletries, toilet paper and paper towels. It was chilly part of the time we visited so we used the heat. On the first floor all or most of the heat seemed to come through the vent in the master bedroom rather than the main living space so that may be something to look into. Also, the window in the bunk room did not seem to open. Without any ceiling fan or ability to open the window, it can get warm in that room. Overall, we would recommend this property & would would be happy staying here again!
