This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath beach home is bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully styled with modern coastal touches. Enjoy a private front patio for morning coffee and a rooftop deck for sunsets and evenings.

Spend your days walking the Strand, biking along the coast, surfing, or exploring local shops and cafés. You’re within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and coffee, including Starbucks just 3 minutes away. Downtown Oceanside is an easy walk, and Carlsbad Village is a quick ride.

Everything you need is close. CVS is just blocks away, perfect for quick grocery runs. Target, Trader Joe’s, and Sprouts are nearby too. Freeway access is easy.

Getting around without a car is easy as well. The train station is a couple of minutes away, giving you smooth access to San Diego without traffic. Uber rides to downtown Oceanside or Carlsbad are about 5 minutes.

The house was absolutely beautiful, well decorated, spacious, and beyond our expectations, very upscale. Amenities were plentiful but I wish I had known beach towels were provided, I would not have packed any. One area that could use improvement was the cleanliness. The carpet on the stairs could definitely use some cleaning and the balconies had some cobwebs and looked as if they needed a good cleaning as well. The location was very good, especially considering we had reserved only a few weeks in advance. We were able to park our car in the garage which was a bonus but I did need to contact the host to locate the garage remote. Other family members parked in the street and had no problem finding spots. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach - if you walk very quickly. The host was responsive and helpful when I reached out to him. Our family very much enjoyed our visit to Oceanside and the lovely accommodations. It is recommended that the listing include the amenities of beach chairs and beach towels.

We had an amazing stay at this downtown Oceanside beach rental! The location truly couldn’t be better. Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, and the iconic Oceanside Pier. We loved being able to park the car and explore everything downtown Oceanside has to offer on foot.The home itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for either a couples getaway or a larger family vacation. It comfortably accommodates a good-sized family while still feeling cozy and welcoming. The rooftop deck was a highlight! Such an amazing place to relax, enjoy the peekaboo ocean view and the sunsets.The front patio was perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after a day at the beach.Having both garage parking and convenient street parking available is a huge bonus for a downtown Oceanside beach rental. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing stay.The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. Communication was seamless, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of.If you’re looking for the perfect vacation rental in downtown Oceanside that’s walking distance to the beach, dining, and nightlife, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again, and honestly, we’d recommend booking it while your dates are available because places like this in downtown Oceanside don’t stay open for long!

This was a great condo beach location. It was only a 3 block walk to the beach and then you could go right or left for a great shoreline walk. It was close to any and all amenities you would need for your stay. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Stay was very enjoyable vacation, very nice accommodation for family of 7.Kitchen could use some upgrade with pots and pan, silverware. Dollar store quality so bring your own if you can. no dish soap, no dish soap, not very well stocked. Definitely needs an upgrade what was there were of poor quality.

We had a wonderful weeklong stay at this home with our group of four adults and one dog. The space was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, from linens and towels to toiletries and laundry essentials, which made our stay feel effortless and relaxing. The home was warm and inviting, with thoughtful details throughout that made it feel especially welcoming.The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, dressed with quality linens and plenty of pillows. After long days at the beach, it was easy to settle in for a great night’s sleep. We also loved spending time in the cozy living area, roof top terrace and appreciated the fully equipped kitchen for morning coffee and quick meals.The location truly could not have been better. The pier and beach were within walking distance, and the Sunset Night Market was just two blocks away. Stores, cafés, and restaurants were conveniently located right outside the back door, so we rarely needed a car except for visiting family in another city and sightseeing.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable getaway!
