Excellent property. Clean and welcoming. Easy communication with host. Close to wife’s family. Very pet friendly. Large fenced backyard. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. All systems operated without incident - kitchen, baths, laundry, HVAC, TV. No question about staying there again and recommending to others.

I have never written a bad review and I am a frequent user of VRBO, but I have never stayed in a place that was as bad as this:1) The big dining room is really in a decorated garage attachment/breezeway. They closed it in with only two screen doors and curtains to cover the screens. There is no heat or air in that big room. It definitely does not feel safe.2)The small bathroom has only some torn black paper as a curtain over the window.3) The window unit in the master bedroom only blew warm air and the filter was filthy.4) There was no threshold in the master bedroom. It had almost a 2" gap under the door that heat and lizards kept coming in so we had to jam the rug under it every time we closed it.5) The door in the master bedroom leading to the yard (with the missing threshold) was only attached with one good hinge at the top and the bottom hinge was only in with a nail. The door ended up falling off and we had to go buy a screwdriver to reattached the bottom hinge.6) The rug, sofa and chairs were filthy.7) The yard is big, but there is absolutely NO lighting outside the house, so bring a flashlight. Also, there were bags of lawn debris and beer bottles left in the yard. 8) The dining room chair almost collapsed when I sat in it and I am only 115 lbs. The leg of the chair was loose and barely hanging on.I could go on, but why bother. Safe yourself the misery and rent another place.

This house has everything you need. It has plenty of space. Comfortable rooms. I have to say that the house is actually bigger than what the actual photos showed. Everyone in my trip had privacy and felt comfortable.The host was easy to reach out during our stay. Enormous backyard if you are traveling with dog. Appreciated the light features with sensors, specially when walking at night. Didnt get a chance to use the kitchen but it has everything you need for a long stay.

The stay overall was very good...but not excellent.The house met our basic needs. It was a very nice neighborhood, quiet and walkable.We visited the zoo and the local museum during the week.There were a few concerns- tight bathroom space for our 5 person visit - 2nd bath really small and faucet is motion activated which is basically useless in a house bathroom - not sure how 8 people would manage.- unkept backyard - garbage bags around, bottle caps, pitted backyard- kinda dirty when we arrived - half full coffee mug on entry table, fingerprints throughout kitchen area- just enough silverware - certainly not enough for the full capacity positives - - back bedroom is huge - plenty big for us and dogs/crates - but only access to backyard is through this bedroom- backyard is fenced so dogs can roam freely- easy access to major routes to Orlando and Daytona- well stocked kitchen for cooking (only needs measuring cups and spoons)- we never ran out of hot water after consecutive showers
