We had a great stay for a large group. Rented 2 of the houses next to each other and it was perfect for us. The host was very responsive. Would most definitely rent this again.

House was very clean, only complaint I have is that the living room furniture, sofas and chair need updating. They have been given a good deal of use and the covers are torn and seating is actually broken. The restaurant next door has the best French fries I’ve had and shouldn’t be missed plus the alligator hamburgers. Shops, supermarkets, pharmacies are about a 10 minute car ride, otherwise there is nothing near the house, which makes it a quiet relaxing place to stay. Grounds are beautifully maintained. Recommend house for large family or family reunions:

Joel was great, the Mansion was very nice but could use a new light bulb over the stove and a grill outside. The restaurant was a good surprise as we enjoyed several meals from there. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Property was close to our granddaughters wedding venue which was great. Fans in several bedrooms very noisy so wouldn't use them. Paper towels/toilet paper were on the cheap side and 1 spare garbage bag. I expected better supplies for the money spent. I would still stay again IF there is a need. (Maybe bring my own supplies)

House was exactly as advertised & accommodated our group of 5 moms & 5 teen girls for a local sport event. It had all the amenities we needed (toilet paper, paper towels, bedding, towels, etc.). It is in a quiet area within a few minutes of the highway & 7-10 minutes of everything you could need (restaurants, grocery stores, etc.). Would definitely stay there again!

House was nice only part that I didn’t care for is there was no tv’s in the room. It could have said that in the listing honestly I didn’t read it. Everything else was good. There’s a bar walking distance so that was a bonus.

Great property. Only suggestion would be couple more trash bags, grill, a walking path to the restaurant/bar, and more TV's.

Our host was very communicative and helpful, especially, as one of the guests left behind a personal item that they were able to locate and return to us. The home had plenty of room for our 8 guests and the interior was in good shape. The only minor issues we found (to us) were that one bedroom had a barn door, and a couple of lights were burned out. Overall, we were very satisfied with the home and would recommend it to others.

Great house for my siblings and I to stay while visiting our parents. Plenty of room, comfortable beds and comfortable furniture. It was nice for each of us to have our own bedroom with bathroom. Good communication with owner as well. Very reasonable price was nice.

Great House to Accommodate Large Family

We rented this house and the adjacent cottage for a recent family event in the area. We had a total of 13 people ranging in age from one to ninety. Everyone was very comfortably accommodated. The houses are comfortably and thoughtfully furnished. Communication with the host was easy. I highly recommend this rental for anyone with a large group to accommodate.

Review

We truly enjoyed our stay. There was ample amounts of space in the homes as well as enough equipment (kitchen) needed for our time there. Big thanks to Christina for her assistance, answering the phone, getting back to us promptly and just being readily available at anytime to make sure we were good. Much appreciated.

Thank you for your feedback Gloria and for taking my call to explain your review. I understand the house was generally clean but there were a few more specific deep clean items that were not up to our standards. I know my cleaning team did come over immediately to address some of your concerns and the more extensive ones, like removing the light fixtures outside to clean them, was done after you checked out. I thank you again for bringing these items to my attention to address. As discussed over the phone it seems like the majority of your stay was good, and we look forward to hosting you again when you return to Orlando next year. Thank you for staying with us.
