We understand how frustrating it must have been to face challenges with the closet space, bathroom layout, and parking. We sincerely apologize for the miscommunication and delayed responses you encountered—this is not the level of service we aim to provide.We offer ample storage within the bedroom furniture for clothes, and we did not anticipate that using the master closet would be necessary. Regarding parking, we received reports of unauthorized vehicles parked in the adjacent driveway, as it is private property it shouldn't have been used. The home features a 100-foot long driveway plus two spaces by the garage, and can comfortably accommodate up to six cars. However, there is nothing in the description that indicates whether it would or wouldn't accommodate that number, and we did not receive any special parking requests before your booking."
