Nous vous souhaitons la bienvenue dans notre petit coin de paradis !!

Cette maison accueillante et privée de 1360 pieds carrés est située sur un grand terrain en cul-de-sac près du sommet de Cathedral City Cove. The Cove, un beau quartier à flanc de colline, est bien connu pour son ciel étoilé (aucun éclairage public autorisé) et ses nuits incroyablement tranquilles et tranquilles. Il y a 3 chambres joliment meublées, 2 salles de bains et une grande cour privée avec piscine d'eau salée et une vue pittoresque sur les montagnes de Santa Rosa.

Le salon est complet avec un mobilier en peluche, une grande télévision à écran plat et un DVD avec accès à Netflix, Pandora, etc. La salle à manger et la cuisine entièrement équipées ont tout ce dont le cuisinier gastronomique ou occasionnel a besoin avec un accès facile par des portes françaises à la piscine et à la cour. Il y a de nombreux draps et serviettes pour une utilisation intérieure et extérieure.

Le maître: les équipements comprennent un haut d'oreiller moelleux California King, une grande commode et un espace de table de nuit, une salle de bains privée et une entrée séparée de / vers la piscine ainsi qu'une télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD.

La chambre double: Cette chambre double comprend deux lits avec surmatelas, une longue commode et une grande commode et un grand placard. Des portes coulissantes en verre s'ouvrent sur le coin salon du porche arrière donnant sur l'aménagement paysager du désert.

Queenie: La 3ème chambre dispose d'un lit à plateau-coussin Queen et d'un grand rangement pour le deuxième couple ou les frères et sœurs plus âgés.

L'oasis comme l'arrière-cour comprend des rosiers, des palmiers, une végétation désertique et une piscine d'eau salée rafraîchissante. Une véranda couverte, une pelouse qui change de saison et un pont arrière surélevé entourent la piscine avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes qui changent toutes les heures et offrent des nuits étoilées spectaculaires. Il y a des équipements de piscine, des chaises longues, des chaises de patio, des tables et un coin repas couvert.

La maison est idéalement située au sud de la route 111 entre Palm Springs et Rancho Mirage. L'emplacement est parfait ... proche de tout ... mais loin de tout !! Accédez à des kilomètres de sentiers de randonnée bordés de cactus indigènes, d'arbres fumés et de sauge sauvage parfumée du désert sans avoir à monter dans la voiture.

Dans un environnement à flanc de colline très paisible, il est toujours à seulement 10 minutes de Palm Springs et Palm Desert. Un court trajet en voiture et vous avez accès à des cinémas, y compris un IMAX, des boutiques, des restaurants, des terrains de golf et l'aéroport international de Palm Springs. Le parc national de Joshua Tree, le tramway aérien, le musée Cabot Pueblo, Palms to Pines Drive et les canyons indiens Aqua Caliente sont tous à 1 heure ou moins en voiture.

Moins de 5 miles de distance - moins de 10 minutes en voiture se trouve le Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort de Palm Springs, récemment classé «l'un des meilleurs endroits pour jouer» par Golf Digest. Une pléthore de terrains de golf publics et privés supplémentaires sont à proximité ainsi que des courts de tennis, des activités sportives et de remise en forme et de nombreux excellents charcuteries et restaurants!

Palm Springs getaway

This property is perfect for a family gathering, and it's pet friendly! The house is comfortable with all the necessities. The pool is awesome and location amazing. We've stayed here twice now and hope to revisit again soon.

Relaxing and Spacious

This place is great and the owners and managers were a delight to work with. I feel like the photos don't do the house justice as the house, patio and yard are larger than I had expected. My family had such a great time and we look forward to staying here again.

Escaping Winter in Idaho

The property was perfect - just what we needed to escape the cold and snow. The pool was warm and surrounded by beautiful landscaping. We would definitely consider coming back next winter. FYI - the owners and property managers were great - very prompt in responding, as well as accommodating. Thank you for a great experience!

Truly Paradise

Nice big swimming pool!

We stayed for 5 nights and had a fantastic time. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and other items. Lots of fun pool stuff provided including floats, noodles, etc. Board games were also available. The owners were so kind and flexible and the property manager was very helpful. We had so much fun, spending most of our time in the pool - there was no need to leave! Great value and highly recommended.

Holiday Stay

We had a great stay for the holiday in this Cathedral City rental. Both the owner Sean, and property manager Randy, were wonderful to work with and very responsive as needed. The house was as shown in the photos, and was enough space for the 4 of us, but would have fit a couple more adults comfortably. The location is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, and has beautiful mountain views. I would recommend renting a car if planning to go into Palm Springs, Joshua Tree, or other surrounding areas. Thanks again for a great week!

Well done and we’ll equipped

The house is back away from the hubbub. This was great for us as an extended family of early to bed folks. Probably not the place for party types though. The house is well furnished and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you might want. The pool is lovely and comes equipped with pool toys. Although the house is not large it is well laid out and accommodated 4 adults and 2 little kids nicely. Kudos to the owner! Well done!

Sister Get-A-Way

My sister-in-law have an annual tradition of getting together. We both like to have the comforts of home but need peace and quiet due to our hectic schedules outside of vacation. This home was that. It was located on a very quiet residential street, tucked in on an interior location, yet close to all that "Palm Springs" has to offer and, the most exciting part, its own pool. I never get to just float undisturbed in a pool reading my favorite magazine but this home gave me that opportunity. We will definitely be coming back!

Great Coachella house

This was a great and relaxing stay! Everything was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the cooking utensils that we needed. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Only two things. A heads up about the pool guy would be nice. Both times he came by was very startling, especially since I was not expecting him the 2nd time. The water ran lukewarm after about the 2nd or 3rd day. Other than that everything was perfect!

The pool is amazing!

Great location if you are looking to relax poolside! The house is on the hillside so the mountain views aren’t visible, but the himmingbirds in the yard are fun to watch!

Cathedral City Vacation

The accommodations were just fine. The kitchen was well organized and easy to work in. The bathrooms bedroom and linen were clean and comfortable. The furniture was very comfortable. The pool area offered excellent privacy. We felt very safe and comfortable using it. The clothes washer and dryer were clean and very easy to use. The television was way over complicated (too many remotes!). We were never able to access local stations. Internet access was fast, easy to use and secure. Overall a very pleasant week!
