The Home & Layout
Our home is a thoughtfully renovated, single-family house designed for comfort, relaxation, and easy family living. The layout is open and intuitive, with plenty of natural light and space to unwind after a day exploring the lake and Catskills.

Living Room
The main living area is warm and inviting, featuring comfortable seating, a smart TV, and space to relax together. Board games are available for cozy evenings in.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed for home-cooked meals. The dining area comfortably seats your group for meals, morning coffee, or game nights.

Bedrooms
The home offers three well-appointed bedrooms with comfortable beds, quality linens, and storage for longer stays. Each bedroom is designed to be quiet and restful for a great night’s sleep.

Bathrooms
Two clean, modern bathrooms feature fresh towels, essential toiletries, and updated fixtures for a hotel-like experience.

Outdoor Spaces
Enjoy the peaceful surroundings with outdoor seating and easy access to the private community amenities, including the lake, beach, pool, and walking paths.

Parking & Entry
Plenty of parking is available on the property. Please remember to carry your community access pass when driving within Sleepy Hollow Lake.

Guests are welcome to use all parts of the house and property except the garage, which we use for storage and maintenance.

Please note that Sleepy Hollow Lake is a full-time living community, not a party destination. Quiet hours are strictly observed after 10:00 p.m., and guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors at all times, including during the day.
