Welcome to the perfect escape from the hustle of daily life. Our sunny 4 bedroom has plenty of space for the whole family. Relax and unwind enjoying our large backyard, deck, and lake views. The Sleepy Hollow lake community offers many amenities for your enjoyment, including 2 pools (seasonal), tennis courts, basketball courts, a swimming beach, and volleyball. Take a short drive into the charming towns of Hudson or Catskill NY and all they have to offer. Hunter and Wyndham Ski areas also nearby
The space
Our home is a large 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house suitable for 10 (potentially more) guests. Two bedrooms have a Queen size bed. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, plus an added trundle bed. Lastly, the fourth bedroom is an ensuite area that also has a Queen sized bed, plus a small kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. This area is spacious and has a remote work area, and extra space for the provided Deluxe Queen Air Mattress.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your basic cooking needs, including kitchen pantry staples such as spices and cooking oils. We have a Keurig coffee maker, as well as toaster, microwave, water heater and other kitchen staples. To add to your convenience, the home also has a washer and dryer.

There is no shortage of areas to relax and unwind. The rocking chairs on the quaint front porch are a perfect spot for a morning coffee while you enjoy the scenic views. The back deck has a patio table and a propane Grill. Indoors, we have multiple lounge areas, including a Smart TV with a Hulu/Disney Plus/ESPN Subscription perfect for a family move night. In addition, the fully finished basement offers added space and currently has a ping pong table, kids size air hockey table, and dart Board (more to come!!)

The home has private lakefront access on a cove of the lake, where we have two kayaks, one canoe, and a paddle boat on hand for your enjoyment (seasonal availability). There are also a number of bikes stored in the shed for your enjoyment.
Guest access

Keyless entry makes accessing the house a breeze. The home has a spacious driveway that can fit multiple cars. Within a three minute drive, we have the Sleepy Hollow Lake Sports Complex which house a community pool, tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court, golf range, and small play area. Within a 10 minute drive, you can reach the Sleepy Hollow Lake beach area that is great for swimming in the lake, picnicking, or simply relaxing and taking in the stunning views. There is also a large community pool, and kids play area - making it a wonderful place to spend the day! Parking is available in all areas. Please note that use of these facilities is limited to Sleepy Hollow Lake members so guests will be provided with the necessary wristbands and key cards for access.
