Luxury Living at the Lake

Notre maison de 5 chambres mais chaleureux spacieuse avec vue sur le lac magnifique et un quai privé est le refuge idéal pour la famille ou rendez-vous pour de grands amis. Il adapte confortablement 13 personnes et offre le meilleur du lac de vie combinée à la maison de divertissement et de la cuisine d'un chef cuisinier.

Impeccablement entretenu et spacieuse maison bien aménagée dispose de 5 grandes chambres, 4. 5 salles de bains, accès direct au lac, le kayak, les bains de soleil, détente, wifi, expérience multimédia immersives, cuisine gastronomique, de multiples activités de plein air et divertissant, 5 brûleur grille en acier inoxydable, jeux, sous-sol fini.

Alors que nous avons nommé notre maison "The Summer Wind", il y a une pléthore d'activités dans chaque saison. En dehors de toutes les offres de vie de lac en été, la région de Catskill possède certaines des meilleures feuilles autour. De la route vers le haut du Taconic et des vues sur le lac, à toutes les randonnées locales. Les randonnées varient en difficulté et mènent aux trésors et aux cascades d'Hudson. Il y a une abondance de fermes sur une courte distance pour la cueillette de pommes et de citrouilles en plus des fruits et légumes frais. Pour nos lapins des neiges, nous sommes respectivement à 35-45 minutes des magnifiques montagnes Hunter et Windham. En plus du ski et du snowboard de classe mondiale, il y a des tyroliennes, des tubes et bien d'autres activités pour tous les âges. Veuillez vous renseigner sur toutes les autres activités, car elles sont trop nombreuses pour être énumérées dans une description :)

The house is amazing! Clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. This was our second time staying here and we were already talking about next time. It has everything you could need and more. The location is great and there's so much to do at the house you don't need to leave. Very family friendly with lots of toys, plastic plates/cups, books, games. Great communication with the hosts and they provide lots of ideas for restaurants and things to do.

A fantastic homebase for Catskills adventures

Nicole & David have a beautiful property nestled away in a cozy neighborhood that was prefect for the weekend trip my friends & I took. We felt immediately at home upon arrival and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed, from an awesome curated list of places to check out nearby to making the most of our time at the house. I couldn't recommend their property enough, all of our first thoughts when leaving was how amazing it would be to come back in the summer.

excellent getaway for big families

We had a wonderful stay at the lake house with our family, including both adults and kids. The property was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained — perfect for a relaxing getaway. There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves, whether it was lounging indoors or spending time outside near the lake.Check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth, with clear instructions and no hassle at all. Fantastic trip

This property was excellent. My family and I enjoyed the lake, pools, hiking trails, restaurants, drive-in movie, farmers market, and kayaking. The kitchen had all the necessary cookware to cook meals for our large group. We had 1 night of bad weather, but it was perfect for watching a movie in the basement. I also appreciated the way the owners left labels and instructions in the house. It may sound silly, but it was very helpful to know what the switches were for or note where we could find things. Overall, it was a fantastic property, community, and surrounding area!

Beautiful Place to Host Geekend

We had an excellent time, and even though the weather didn't cooperate with us to enjoy many outdoor activities, Summer Wind made up for it with a roomy and comfortable place to hang out with old friends. We will definitely keep Summer Wind on the list for future Geekends <3

Amazing

The house is gorgeous, clean, and well equipped. We loved the playroom downstairs and all of the perfect places to sit and look out at the lake. We didn't do any day trips because we just wanted to spend time at the house and on the lake!

Birthday weekend

We stayed at the lakehouse for my birthday weekend in June 2019 and we had the nicest time. The house is spacious and clean, the homeowners instructions were very easy to follow and the property was beautiful. Highly recommend this house for a relaxing lakeside weekend!!!!

Great weekend stay!

My family rented this lovely property for a weekend. The house was clean and very comfortable. My son especially loved the kids room with a bunkbed! Nicole and Dave were quick to make sure everything was to our liking and ok in the house. We appreciated their warm hospitality!

There were 10 of us. The house was fantastic. Just about everything was needed was there. The owners thought about almost everything. They had kayaks for just about everybody. stand up boards,fire pit, xbox, media room, ping pong, air hockey, numerous different levels with decks to relax on. The dining room was huge and had a very large table that accommodated all of us. There are 2 pools in the community, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and a basketball court. No one was bored. Would definitely consider staying there again

Mimi loves cooking way too much food for everyone in the kitchen. Poppy loves his bourbon and cigar in the Adirondack chair. Uncle Pete loves being close to two ski resorts, Uncle Freddy loves the quick weekend escape from Brooklyn, and Uncle Mike looks forward to visiting from LA.
