Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are also included.

All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!

This home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning.

Washer & dryer in-unit for easy laundry during your stay.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire condo, including the two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a half bathroom, the living and dining areas, and the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the fenced in ground-level patio with seating and a gas fire pit, perfect for relaxing outdoors. You'll also have access to essential amenities such as beach tags (6 included), beach chairs (6), a cooler, a wagon/cart, and an umbrella, making your beach days effortless. Free street parking is available for your convenience.

Nestled in the northern end of Ocean City, our condo offers a prime location with easy access to everything you need for a memorable vacation. You're just a short walk (less than 2 blocks) from the beautiful beaches and the start of the boardwalk, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and building sandcastles. For dining, explore the local culinary scene with a variety of restaurants nearby. Enjoy everything from casual eateries to upscale dining experiences. You'll also find convenient shops and stores nearby for all your shopping needs, including groceries, souvenirs, and beach essentials. Take a stroll along the boardwalk for classic seaside fun, games, and treats. The neighborhood itself is friendly and well-maintained, offering a safe and welcoming atmosphere for families and friends. With its proximity to the beach, diverse dining options, and local shops, our location provides the perfect base for your Ocean City adventure.



Getting Around:

Getting around Ocean City is a breeze! Free street parking is available right outside the condo. For those arriving by air, the Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is approximately a 30-40 minute drive away. While Ocean City is a walkable town, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available for convenient transportation to local attractions, the boardwalk, and dining destinations. Public transportation options within Ocean City include the local bus and Jitney service, which provides access to various points throughout the island. Consider using a ride-sharing service or taxi for transportation to and from the property and the airport for a seamless travel experience.



Other Things to Note:

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.



PET POLICY: For our listings that are pet friendly: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and breed restrictions may apply. For our listings marked “no pets” - this is strictly enforced. QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.
