This split space sleeps up to twelve. Both areas share the driveway parking and laundry room area, however the basement apartment does have its own private access entrance and can be kept separate from the upstairs living space.

The modern roomy upstairs allows for family-style gathering and cooking etc. The downstairs area allows for a more private experience.
