We have stayed in other units this property. This was our least favorite. Unit is outdated, couch smelled like dog pee, fans supplied in bedrooms were broken and bedframes in guest room are broken. This was the first unit we stayed in that doesn't have a view of the beach from the bedroom. Overall, the stay was mediocre but won't return.

Convenience is the best part

Very easy access to the beach and plenty of parking and space in the condo for 8 people, but needs a bit of attention to make the stay great rather than just above average. Easy fixes for a more pleasant stay - keycard to fitness center; sheets for sofa bed; replacement of stained towels and sheets and moldy shower curtain liner; and repair of or signage for the backwards dryer heat setting knob.

The view is incredible and the management team are really good at addressing any issue in a very timely manner. The owner needs to invest in better, more comfortable furniture and beds, a dryer that works properly, ceiling fans and overhead lights, clothes hangers because there were only 2 in the unit, a better equipped kitchen, and a darker window blind for the bedroom with the king sized bed. At 6 am, it's very bright. The manager had to bring deodorizing spray for the furniture and beds which only helped temporarily, kitchen rags and towels because there was 1 towel in the kitchen and 0 rags, 2 floor fans because the ones in the condo were broken, a new iron because I stained a new shirt with the old one, and had to send out a plummer to fix the hot water heater and another one to clean the lent out of the dryer which didn't help the drying time. We still had to run the clothes through 2 cycles to get them dry. We went to relax but that didn't happen. After looking at other condos in the same complex, for the same week, I realized that we could have paid way less for a better condo if we had booked through someone else.
