The Space:

Singing Pines Cabin is designed for comfort, rest, and simplicity, making it ideal for families or small groups looking to unwind in a peaceful forest setting.



Sleeping Arrangements: Downstairs: • Two queen beds • Two single pull-out sofa beds (85” D x 38” W)

Main Floor Bedroom: • One queen bed

Upstairs Bedroom: • One king bed



The living areas provide a cozy place to relax after a day outdoors, with comfortable seating and entertainment options available.



Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, dishes, and basic spices for everyday meals. Guests are asked to please run the dishwasher prior to checkout.



Living Room Stove

The stove is available for cozy evenings: • The pilot light is already lit • The stove is controlled by the thermostat located near the dining room table • Operation can be sensitive—adjust the thermostat slowly and allow time for the stove to respond.



Laundry

A washer and dryer are available for guest use. Detergent and dryer sheets are not guaranteed, so please bring your own. Please avoid overloading the machines.

Exercise Equipment An exercise mat and resistance bands are available and stored in the middle bedroom closet.

Outdoor Area Guests may enjoy outdoor seating and the BBQ, perfect for relaxing, dining, and enjoying time under the trees.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home, including: • All sleeping areas and living spaces • Kitchen and laundry facilities • Outdoor seating and BBQ area • Garage access (currently available)



Storage Shed The storage shed is locked for safety. Guests are welcome to use the supplies and tools inside. The combination is 10-31-15.



Entertainment, Safety & Extras • TVs with Roku are located in Bedroom 1 and the living room • Local guides and maps are available in the binder • First aid kit is located in the TV cabinet in the living room • Lanterns and flashlights (solar-powered, rechargeable, and battery-powered) are also stored in the TV cabinet



House Rules • No smoking • No pets • No parties or events • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM Please be respectful of neighbors and local wildlife.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended for easy access to the cabin and surrounding attractions. During the winter months, 4-wheel drive or tire chains may be required due to snow.

Before You Leave Please complete the following before departure: • Run the dishwasher • Place used towels in the laundry basket • Turn off all lights and heating/cooling systems • Lock all doors and windows • Tidy up before leaving (excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning fee)
