The Space:

You and your guests will enjoy the open living space of this home. There is plenty of space to socialize and have your private time. Kick up and relax in the living room while streaming your favorite apps on the Smart TV. Chat it up in the kitchen while blending up a frosty drink or grabbing your morning coffee. The dining area with bench seating is great for family game night!



Step inside to discover an expansive living area, where plush seating invites you to unwind and a 55-inch Smart TV sets the stage for movie marathons. The open-plan design flows into a vibrant kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar ideal for morning chats over coffee. The adjacent dining area, featuring a rustic table with bench seating, is perfect for lively dinners or board game nights.



The master suite promises restful nights with a king-size bed and a private Smart TV. Three additional bedrooms—two with queen beds and one with twin beds—offer serene retreats, each thoughtfully appointed with soft linens and ample storage. Two bathrooms, stocked with premium toiletries and fluffy towels, ensure a spa-like experience.

The primary bathroom has a stand-up shower, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Good Life Vacation Homes supplies shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryers. Towels for bathing and the pool are also provided. Please request pool heat 24-48 hrs prior to your arrival.



In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to whip up culinary delights, from a Nespresso Vertuo with complimentary Starbucks pods to a full array of cookware and utensils. All of our properties have generously stocked kitchens with plates, glassware, silverware, and pots and pans. Small appliances such as a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, or Keurig. We provide the coffee and tea! Want some help stocking groceries before you arrive? Call our concierge team to fill the fridge or even hire a professional chef during your stay.



Guest Access:

All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to receiving check-in instructions. Ample parking is available to accommodate your group.



The Neighborhood:

Located 10 minutes from Westgate Entertainment District, home of the Arizona Cardinals, you will find plenty of bars, restaurants, concerts, and nightlife activities. Luke Air Force Base is also 10 minutes away if you're looking for space near the base. Peoria Pines Golf Course and Restaurant is just around the corner and about a 2-minute drive!
