All properties have a patio with frontage onto the golf course or a spacious greenbelt. All facilities are public, including a par 72 golf course, driving range, clubhouse with dining and lounge, and a full-service tennis program.



This home has a security device: A ring camera at the front door.



Per local ordinance, all guests are presented with local Good Neighbor Policies to abide by during their stay. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation.



Other Things to Note:

Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description.



This home has a security device: A ring camera at the front door and two cameras in front of the home. 24/7 - 365 recording cycle



This is a dog friendly property, there is a $60 non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick-up after your pup. Your pup must be on a leash at all times when outside of the home no exceptions.

Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges.



Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.



Please note that the person paying for the reservation needs to be the one checking in and the same person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
