Our homes usually book a year in advance and we have many repeat guests because we keep the rents low for the size and quality of each home, we maintain our homes impeccably and we provide great service. THE HOME

We finished a $100,000 remodel of this home in 2023. It has all new kitchen, bath, flooring, paint, washer/dryer, extended patio, furnishings, art, etc!

The primary bedroom has a very comfortable memory foam king bed, a pair of soft pillows, a pair of firm pillows, a large smart TV, a comfy chair with ottoman, dresser, large closet, large picture window and sliding door to the patio.

The guest bedroom has a very comfortable memory foam queen bed with storage drawers underneath, a pair of soft pillows, a pair of firm pillows, a desk, a large closet and a picture window. (No TV in the guest room.)

The bathroom has a generous shower and more toiletries than a luxury hotel! We provide hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, sunscreen, towels, cotton swabs, cotton balls, toilet paper, tissue, shower caps, toothpaste and even individually wrapped toothbrushes in case you forget yours!

The kitchen is stocked and ready for you to prepare complete meals. We provide condiments, seasonings, pantry items, cookware, storage containers, etc. The entire kitchen is brand new - new cabinets, new counters, new appliances, etc.

The dining table seats 4, and we provide all table linens, dishware, flatware and barware. The living area has a large, comfortable sectional, a bar cart and a large smart TV.

The patio has been enlarged and is on a beautiful greenbelt. The patio contains 2 chaise lounges, a dining set for 4 and a grill. You are going to want to nap, read, dine and have your evening cocktail on this patio!

There is a large, attached 2-car garage for your exclusive use! Great place to store luggage, golf clubs, etc.

We provide EVERYTHING because we want you to spend time having fun and not wasting time and money shopping for staple items!

Other notable features - just steps away from one of the 20 pools and spas, central heat and air conditioning, cable TV, wireless internet, washer and dryer (with all laundry supplies)

THE RESORT

Palm Desert Resort is a gated community with 900+ homes! It is a very beautiful, active and friendly community! Within the resort are a golf course, pro shop, tennis, pickle ball, clubhouse, cafe, 20 pools and 20 spas and miles of streets to walk without every leaving the resort!

The resort is across the street from Freedom Park which has free pickle ball courts, basketball courts, baseball field, walking paths, etc.

The home is in a great location within the resort! It is in a quiet area between the resort entrance and the clubhouse, and it is just a few steps away from a pool and spa!

Note! Temperatures reach 115 degrees in summer and the HOA does routine maintenance during the summer. Every fall virtually every golf course in the Coachella Valley overseeds. Scalping is messy and golf may not be allowed. The rates are substantially lower during the summer and fall due to these inconveniences.

Administrative Items:

We do INSTANT BOOKING which means you do not need to wait for approval! If the dates are available and you agree to the costs, your reservation will be confirmed instantly!

The online calendar is always up to date and the website will not let you book unless your dates are available, so there is no need to send an email asking if your dates are available.

If you enter the dates of your stay, the rent and all fees will automatically be calculated, including any discounts, so there is no need to send an email asking for a quote.

You do NOT pay the 12% city tax if you stay 28+ nights but the system will not automatically remove the tax so do NOT use instant booking for 28+ nights. Instead, enter the dates of your stay and send an inquiry asking me to remove the tax from the quote. I will reply with the reduced quote and an invitation to book.

For your protection and ours, we book exclusively online. If you cannot pay by credit card online, please contact the website to arrange for payment by another method.
