The beautifully restored 200-year-old farmhouse has been completely renovated to the highest standards, retaining a rustic ambience with a wealth of exposed beams and many original artefacts, to provide a comfortable family home with modern comforts. The finca offers 5 bedrooms and 3 bath/shower rooms, a modern kitchen and a special nice pool with panoramic views.

The country estate is situated between Pollensa and Port Pollensa and just a view minutes drive from the beaches of Port Pollensa. The market square of the charming old town of Pollensa is in only 2 km drive away. It offers a nice selection of shops and restaurants and one of the most beautiful markets of the island on Sundays. The beaches of Cala Sant Vicens and Puerto Pollensa as well as the popular Pollensa golf course and tennis courts are in short travelling distance. The countryside in this area of the island offers an excellent terrain of varying difficulty for cyclers and hikers. A separate cycling lane connects Pollensa with the picturesque and lively harbour.

From the vine-covered front terrace, the original front door opens into the extended living room, with inner archway to the dining room with satellite TV. An inner archway leads to the kitchen and breakfast area, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer.The utility room houses the washing machine. One double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, has private en suite bathroom. Stairs lead up to the galleried landing, leading into the master double bedroom with en suite bathroom and doorway to private sun terrace with pool and far reaching views. One double bedroom and two twin bedrooms share an adjacent, spacious full bath/shower room.
