Finca Malabar is a semi-detached house located just outside of Porto Petro and at only a few kilometres distance of Cala Mondragó. This lovely natural beach is in easy cycling distance and only minutes by car. The port and the seaside promenade of Porto Petro are in walking distance. The house is set on a fenced plot of land with trees and a variety of plants and a very nice pool area. Porto Petro is a small fishermen's village with shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés. The house is a good starting point to explore the island and the villages nearby, such as Cala d'Or ans Santanyi. The Southeast coast is popular for the many nice beaches and bays.

Finca Malabar is a stunning property with more than 300 years of history. The house was recently renovated, sparing no costs and efforts, to bring it up to a very high standard. High ceilings with wooden beams and rustic stone walls are preserving the flair of an ancient country house. All rooms are styled individually, some of the bedrooms resemble grand and luxurious suites. On the ground floor there is a representative entrance hall furnished with antiques. Next to it is the open plan living room with lounge area and access to the rear terrace and the fully fitted, large kitchen. Also on the ground floor there is the first sleeping area, which consists of a beautiful suite with double bed and bathroom en-suite with jacuzzi and shower, a twin bedroom with shower bathroom en-suite, a standard guest shower bath and a barrier free guest toilet.

On the first floor there are two ample suites, both fitted with double beds and bathrooms en-suite. Both bathrooms have a jacuzzi and separate shower cabins. The fifth bedroom is fitted with twins and has a bathroom en-suite with bathtub. The sixth bedroom is in an annex close to the pool. It offers a double bed and a shower room en-suite.

Some of the bedrooms have private terraces or balconies. The house is fitted with central heating throughout. The bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning working on a timer (13:00 to 15:00 hrs and 21:00 to 09:00 hrs).

Finca Malabar is a semi-detached house. The pool area and terraces of the houses are facing opposite directions and enjoy complete privacy. The houses are not overlooking each others pool areas. Both houses have a private pool and separate driveways.

Finca Malabar offers a large pool and marvellous gardens with shaded and sunny terraces, several dining areas and a summer kitchen with BBQ grill. There is also a ping-pong table.

Children are welcome, a cot and a high chair are available free on request. Second cot/highchair on request.
