I went to the wrong door because the first address said 60 whatever, but the correct building was not on the street, it was behind initial address. I don't know if they should say go around the back. I ended up trying to get into someone else's apartment. Could have been a serious problem if tenant wasn't nice or felt really threatened.

The rental was welcoming but lacked convenience. When we arrived the remote for the AC was broke, the coffee pot did not work, the bathroom sink leaked, left the extra TP wet, the bed was broke so we fixed that. The bathroom lacked anywhere to hang towels. We had a cockroach zoom over my fiance in the middle of the night that we found the next day alive on the floor. Praying we did not bring them home with us. There was always a smell of weed in the vacinity and if windows were open it came into the rental. We made due with what was offered as we spent most our days site seeing.

Had we been made aware coffee pot, sink leak, or any other maintenance concerns during your visit, we would have addressed them immediately. We always have support available to resolve issues in real time, as guest comfort is a top priority. Regarding pests, we maintain a regular professional pest control schedule, and this is not a recurring issue at the property. That said, we are taking your comment seriously and have scheduled an additional inspection as a precaution. As for outside odors, those can occasionally come from neighboring properties and are unfortunately outside of our control, though we understand how that can be frustrating. We’re glad you were able to enjoy your time sightseeing and appreciate you bringing these items to our attention so we can continue improving the experience for future guests.
