Get ready for the perfect escape here at Lazy Lizard! This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation home has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Start your mornings with a quick, easy walk to the beach, then spend your afternoons splashing in your private heated pool or relaxing in the fully fenced yard, perfect for families and groups. Boaters will love the boat ramp conveniently located right across the street, making adventure effortless. With plenty of room to spread out, sunshine-filled outdoor spaces, and unbeatable access to sand and sea, this home is your ultimate beach getaway.
Kitchen: Beautiful modern kitchen with brand new appliances, refrigerator and freezer, a built-in oven, and countertop stove, wine/beverage chiller, dishwasher, blender, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. Basic dishes, cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: 4-top square dining table and 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar.
Living Room: Comfortable L-shaped sofa, coffee table, wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, and sliding doors to the balcony that overlooks the yard and pool.
Bedroom 1: Queen-size, bedside tables w/lamps, a closet, a ceiling fan, a TV, balcony access with outside lounge, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): Full bathroom with sink, toilet, and standing shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, bedside tables w/lamps, a closet, a ceiling fan, a TV, a desk, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom 2 (En-suite): Full bathroom with sink, toilet, and standing shower.
Bedroom 3: Twin-over-Twin bunk bed, closet, and private balcony access. No TV.
Bathroom 3: Full-size bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower/tub combination.
Bedroom 4: (2) twin-size beds, closet, TV, and private balcony.
Outdoors: Heated pool, outdoor dining and lounge area, large fenced-in yard.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: Allows for 2-4 vehicles in the driveway, depending on the size of the vehicles. There is no street or grass parking.
