Private Beach Home Sur les sables du golfe. Impossible de se rapprocher du rivage

Maison de plage privée. 3 chambres 2 salle de bain complète, une vue imprenable sur la plage, emplacement fantastique! Old Timers appelle cette partie de l'île "The Narrows" où le sable est juste assez large pour une seule rangée de maisons. Historiquement, le plus bel endroit sur les îles de la barrière tropicale de Tampa Bay entre Clearwater et St Pete. C'est une section déserte de la plage en raison de l'accès à la plage publique de 200 mètres dans chaque direction. Idéal pour des vacances en famille ou pour une escapade romantique pour 2 personnes. Étape du pont arrière et se promener sur la plage de sable blanc. Cuisine entièrement équipée, 3 chambres à coucher 2 salles de bain complètes, grand salon et 2 terrasses donnant sur la plage. Vous pouvez regarder le soleil se coucher dans le golfe du Mexique tous les jours de cette maison de plage. Profitez de notre petit coin de paradis. Nous espérons vous voir bientôt

The location of this property was PERFECT for our needs. The beach was steps away from the back deck, and the intercoastal for fishing was steps away from the front door. The beds were super comfortable, and we were close to shopping & restaurants. Thanks for having us!

Unfortunately this rental was a major disappointment. The location was absolutely stunning, right on a beautiful stretch of beach with incredible views and easy access to the ocean, but that’s where the positive ends.This property was not clean upon arrival. There was visible dirt and overall lack of proper upkeep that made it feel unwelcoming from the start.The furniture throughout the home was old, worn out, and in poor condition, which made it uncomfortable to relax. The TVs did not work, or had a picture that was scrambled, which was frustrating, especially for a rental that advertises full amenities. There were also more serious maintenance issues. The washing machine had visible mold inside, which is a major hygiene concern. The front door was not properly sealed, raising safety concerns. Window blinds were broken throughout the house, and the bedroom window upstairs had no covering at all, offering no privacy. There was visible water damage, as well as potential electrical code concerns. The wooden decks off both the front and back of the home had loose boards and large nails exposed, creating a very unsafe space.This property is in need of significant cleaning, repairs, and updates. Overall the property was misrepresented and should not be listed on VRBO in its current condition. I would not recommend staying there unless these issues are properly addressed.

Perfect location on the beach! Lower level bed was so comfy that we already went and bought one very similar. Everything needed was provided. Could use some updating but the rental makes that known in the description when reserving. Very nice property, beautiful sunsets

Perfect location

Truly right on the beach. Could not be more perfect. The house is in need of updating but clean. The driveway was a bit stressful being very narrow, almost got stuck in sand and could only back out onto busy road. The town center is so cute and very close. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location!

We had a great time staying here. The location is perfect to enjoy time out on the patio or a walk out on the beach. It was a little outdated but not a big deal! Especially with the ability to walk right out the back door to the beach. It had everything we needed for our stay!

Peaceful place!

Perfect place to stay when you don't want a crowded beach. We loved the quiet. Very nice to walk right out of the house, and be on the beach. Felt like a private beach! Great places to eat and shop right down the road!

Perfect Location

The house was perfect for us. It’s literally on the beach with fantastic view of the sunset. The beach items supplied were a huge plus. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and such. Definitely saved as a favorite location and will be coming back.

Relax on the beach

Great experience overall! The porch overlooks the ocean and is perfect! I was very happy to see plenty of cooking pans and pots and utensils. This is a must for a nice relaxing vacation right on the beach!

Beach

We had a great stay down in Indian shores. wife and kids had a few things to say about the house being dated, and some little things that need attention but it’s on the beach, and plenty of room for us. Simple check in. Location is what we went for and it’s in a great spot!

Here is just a quick overview of my career along with a few of Carter Vacation strengths in the rental industry.

I have been involved in the hospitality field most of my life. After graduating from Boston University back in 1986 I got my start working as a night auditor in a small hotel just outside of Boston. I quickly became fascinated with this industry and wanted to know everything about it. I enjoyed finding new ways to improve the overall experience for the guests and in doing so, I was promoted often. I learned all aspects of each department and through the years I became the General Manager of some very well-known hotels.

During my corporate career as a General Manager of a Hyatt Hotel in Tampa I had an opportunity to manage a small beach vacation rental along the shores of the Gulf. Simply put…I was hooked. This became my new passion and career.
My wife and I had stayed in vacation rentals in the past with mixed feelings about our stays, I knew there was room for improvement in the Vacation Rental business and I was excited to get started.

My team and I have worked hard and I feel our success at Carter Coastal Vacation Rentals is from having a variety of vacation property options that suites each guests needs and budget. We also have chosen to keep Carter Vacation Rentals business relatively small in order to maintain a personable connection with each of our new arrivals. I, along with my team understand the importance of anticipating the guest’s needs as well as treating each guest with complete respect during their vacation getaway.

We take great pride in serving you. We are here for you. So choose one of our properties and soon you will be enjoying a "little slice of paradise" on the beautiful barrier island.
