This spacious twoâking bedroom, one-bath unit is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring a full kitchen, a tiled walk-in shower, and breathtaking sunrise and sunset views.
Positioned at one of the highest vantage point on Dock Street, Sea Pearl delivers an exceptional coastal experience with well-appointed accommodations and a relaxed, waterfront-inspired design. The open-concept living area is bright and inviting, enhanced by expansive windows that flood the space with natural light. Unwind while taking in the peaceful surroundings or enjoy your favorite programs on the large smart TV.
Step onto your private screened porch, furnished with seating for fourâan ideal space for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply savoring the tranquil harbor atmosphere.
Sea Pearl is located on the third floor of Harbour Master Suites on Dock Street. Covered exterior staircases and walkways provide access throughout the property. Street parking is available; however, boat parking is not offered at this location.
Your stay is designed with both privacy and convenience in mind. Detailed arrival instructions and amenity information will be provided prior to check-in, and the McCormick Management team is available throughout your stay to assist with any needs.
Situated in the heart of Cedar Key, this historic Gulf Coast island community places you within walking distance of downtown shops, restaurants, parks, beaches, and local attractions. Enjoy the islandâs laid-back charm, rich history, and vibrant arts scene. Golf cart and bike rentals are also available for a fun and easy way to explore the area.
Cedar Key is a highly walkable destination, allowing guests to experience the island comfortably at their own pace.
Please note: This unit does not allow pets. This location is a four person occupancy unit, that will allow one small child.
-Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying.
-Do not trespass on other people`s property, this includes docks and driveways.
-Please be careful where you park, don`t block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic.
-Parties and/or events are not allowed.
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke.
-This unit does not authorize pets. Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal.
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit.
-Please donât eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom.
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance.
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if thereâs a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please donât rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military.
- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.
- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.
- If there are kayaks or bikes included in the rental, use these responsibly, following all Florida regulations. Not all units under management include kayaks or bikes, please reference the listing to see included amenities. You confirm you are trained in the use of kayaks and bicycles. You are responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from their use.
